been using Kingsford for quite awhile...using a chinney starter, I'm ready to go in a maximum of 20 minutes. Charcoal lasts a long time as a bonus. In a Weber water smoker...the charcoal lasts between 6 and HOURS.

Love using Kingsford charcoal.Only brand we use.Only complaint I have is the downsizing of bag.I would prefer you go back to 20# bag even if we need to pay more for it.

The new version is ready faster but burns up way to fast. By the time it's white it's burnt up. I have used kingsford for over 15 years and I'm looking for a new brand.

You have revised the manufacturing of this product so it no longer long lasting. It is very disappointing....it appears the mix has changed and the briquets have gotten smaller so now much more charcoal is required to accomplish the same result.

Kingsford is a staple in my household. It has been ever since my family began to compete in BBQ. No other charcoal stands up to Kingsford in heat, lighting, or taste.

I've tried a lot of different kinds of charcoal and Kingsford is the best. You cant beat the uniformity and long burn time. I wont waste my time with anything else. A+

The only brand I can count on. Have never had issues with Kingsford, where there's often issues with the other charcoal brands. Was raised on Kingsford and so have my kids. Just a dependable brand for great grilling.
