we purchased a very expensive smoker and we only want to use the best briquets out there. kingsford is the top of the line. we are so satisfied of how kingsford works for our smoker. we would never use another charcoal.

I made the mistake of buying a store brand and it was already burning out before I could get the steaks on. Had to go back to the store and grab a bag of Kingsford!

I am the master pit bbq I know when people bbq an do not use Kingsford charcoal the food has a odor taste I can tell by the way of the smoke smells I buy it in the double pack so I don't run out..awww the food taste so much better!!

Kingsford briquettes used to be really sweet smelling and produced excellent BBQ. In the past 3 or more years, Kingsford briquettes have a similar odor to a garbage dump that is burning garbage. Please,. return to the original formula!

A loyal Kingsford customer for 40+ years, but no longer. Bag shrinks, price increases, filler increases. Burns cooler and faster, generating tremendous amounts of ash with each cook. Leaves chicken with a hint of Pine taste. Come on, now!

Have always used the original.. It leaves a great taste on any food I cook on the grill. Good charcoal for the price. Love to grill and love to use Kingsford all the time.
