Kingsford charcoal always provide a consistent burn temperature. This makes it easy to gauge how many briquettes to use. Also, they last longer and provide a great base for flavoring chips. I always recommend Kingsford.

We only buy the Kingsford charcoal. It cooks the food evenly and smells SO great too! We especially like how our barbecued turkey's turn out. The charcoal lasts longer when grilling, more than other brands.
