This sliced lamb with bone in very easy to use in my cooking.

The meat was very fresh and tender

great price but a few bone shreds in package on meat annoying

Steaks were tough and gristly requiring surgical knife skills to separate the meat from connective tissues.

Brought home and put it in the freezer. Today when I thawed it it had a rotten smell. Won’t be purchasing again.

Like chewing leather. Very little edible meat on them. Cooked properly and ended up in the meat grinder for the dogs.

Over priced for the low quality product that was in the package. It might have even been older than it should have been.

These lamb chops were large,fresh,tasty and grilled very well. Delicious
