I did not care for this at all. It was mushy inside and did not have any flavor. I rated this a two star because beef patty cooked very well in the air fryer as stated in the directions. The outside was crispy and the inside was warm but the taste was no good.

I tried these for a quick meal. They go perfect with a salad. They were easy to cook. I tried cooking one in the oven and one in the air fryer. Both were good, but the crust tasted great and was flaky, but was a little crispier in the air fryer. They were spicier than expected, but not so much that I couldn't eat. They are also very filling. I would purchase these again.

Island Joe's Jamaican Style Beef Patties are tasty treats. They are flavorful with just the right amount of heat. The patties take a bit longer to warm in the oven than the instructions indicate, but have a nice flaky crust when heated through. These go well with black beans and a salad for a full meal, but are also good alone as a quick snack.

I was pleasantly surprised with the outside crust and taste of the Beef Patties. The outside is a light and flaky pie crust which compliments the inside beef stuffing. The beef stuffing is like a sloppy joe but with a Jamaican Jerky flavor. I don't know if I would have this as a main meal but can see this more of a snack between meals or an excellent appetizer if one were to cut it up into pieces and serve before the main meal. This would be a college students go to if they were looking for something easy to bake.

Bright, cheery package for the Island Joe Hotpie peaked my interest. Once home, I opted to heat these up in the oven. Easy and convenient after a long day at work. 24 minutes later, these were very hot as noted in the directions. I let cool about 10 minutes. The first bite was surprisingly delicious. The crust was crispy and in perfect balance with nicely spiced meat filling. I found the meat filling to be a very generous portion, flavorful and not too spicy. These are really good. I would buy these beef patties to keep in freezer for a quick evening meal.

I got this box of turnovers because I really enjoy meat pies. The turnovers come individually packaged and with instructions on cooking in an oven, an air fryer and a microwave. I cooked mine in the air fryer according to instructions and it was cooked perfectly. The flavor is good, I was hoping for a little more spice, but it was tasty. It could use a sauce as it is a little dry, so I will use some fresh salsa on the next one. They are quick and easy to prepare and are an excellent choice for a short lunch break.

Upon receiving our beef Pattie’s I unpacked the products and there unfortunately was a lots of breakage on the crust. We cooked ours in the oven and the flavor was fine and did have a Jamaica flavor of spices. The flavor was good but I found it to be very dry. I don’t believe now that we’ve sampled this product it’s not something I would purchase. I gave my sons family a couple and they found them just ok again not something they would purchase.

The beef patties have a decent amount of flavor but I found them to be a little soggy after cooking them in the microwave. These are a great option if you're in a hurry and on the go. They would probably be better if you were to cook them in an air fryer. My first impression is I will probably not purchase them again.

Almost like homemade. Generous meat filling with a perfect spicy taste. I did bake in a regular oven, so not a quick meal but it was easy. Even picky eater enjoyed the flavor, said they taste like the ones he's had that were made by a Jamaican lady at a restaurant. Try them!!

Inside filling is tasty good and outer pastry shell is a little sweet and crumbly. I did choose to bake in the oven rather than air fryer. After a few bites I did a salsa on top for the moisture and spice up a bit. Overall okay I think adding a dipping sauce would be Beneficial and bring it all together. Just a little bland for my taste on their own.
