The patty breading was flaky and good. The meat is spicy but flavored well. For a frozen product, it shipped well. None were damaged. Would work well as a meal or snack. Just be prepared for the spicy kick.

My family and I were excited to tried these beef turnovers. We followed the direction and baked them in the air fryer for 12 minutes. When they came out of the fryer, the turnover was crispy and hot. The box says spicy but they were not at all. They really had no flavor. If you are looking for bland food, the Island Joe Beef Patties are for you. I gave this product a two because they are just not that great.

The instructions say to bake it for 10-12 minutes. The center was still a little cold, so we nuked it for a minute, which was fine. The next time we bake them, I will set the timer for 14 minutes instead of their recommendation of 10-12 minutes. Their meat pie was very tasty and we will make sure we will purchase it in the future.

These Island Joe's Jamaican Style Beef Turnover Patties are nice and spicy with "The Perfect Crust" that is not too thin or thick that it doesn't break open when you bite into it. My family really enjoyed them! We just followed the Recommended Warming Instructions card we received in the box with this product which say "Air Fryer is King", so that's what we did and in 12-15 minutes it was ready! It came out with a nice crispy crust and just the right amount of spicy beef that has a great flavor to them which makes them delicious! I love how quick and easy it is to make them. I've even place the instructions on my refrigerator for everyone in my family can see it for easy access, love that! I would definitely recommend Island Joe's Jamaican Style turnover patties, a little taste of the Islands!

These beef turnovers are not too bad. Convenient single serve packaging and ready to just heat and eat. They need some sauce or something to go with them. My kids said it was a little dry. Flavor was fine but just needed a little something with it.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when trying these. They are bigger than I expected and look similar to a hot pocket but wider. The consistency of the meat isn’t what I expected, it’s more like a paste. The package says spicy but I didn’t think it was very spicy. I’m not familiar with what “Jamaican style “ is so maybe that’s why I didn’t care for this. Not bad tasting, just okay.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and taste of the Island Joe’s Jamaican Beef Pattie’s. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the frozen Pattie’s but found that they were very good. They were easy to bake and had a nice flaky crust. My son said they were authentic!

These beef Pattie’s are quite good. The recommended method to cook them is in the air fryer, which I did. The first time I didn’t put anything on them and the crust was quite dry. The next time I sprayed the crust with olive oil and it was much better. The filling is delicious! It’s a bit spicy, so if you like spicy food, this is a good choice.
