Very uncomfortable to wear on a daily basis.. Created a bulge in my crotch area. I would wear at home if I needed to or in the hospital but not for every day bladder leakage.

The pads are very well constructed and seem to be very good in absorbing moisture/liquid. The length was a little long for my comfort. I am petite in size. The pads adhere to garments pretty well. Overall, I like these pads and find them very useful.

I buy these pads for my 94 year old mother. She has used the #5 pad for years and they took care of all her incontinency concerns. She receently received four packages of the "new" pads and was very disappointed. They are narrower on the sides and now leak excessively. She never had a problem with the original design but is now quite distressed with the issues caused by the new design. She and my Dad went searching for the "old" pads locally, but they were nowhere to be found. I know that Poise claims the redesign did not change any of the great features of the original, but be warned, there are very real problems with the new product. For all concerned, I request that Poise revisit this issue with the goal of restoring the old, better performing pad and ditching the new leaky one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise is one of those brands that has deservingly been synonymous with feminine care and urinary health. While I do not currently struggle with incontinence, I had a recent UTI that required the use of these. I do also have a history of heavy periods and my doctor recommended this exact pad, so I I value how multi-purpose these are. They are a tad bulky but honestly they are comfortable, soft, and the security I feel for leak protection is worth it. They do stick on well to underwear too, so I rarely have to worry about the fit being weird or them shifting around. I also hate pads with wings, so the fact that these stay in place so well without annoying wings is a bonus. Overall, these are well made pads that get the job done and while they may not be the most discreet to carry around, sometimes that’s the sacrifice you make for utility!

The length gives me peace of mind, especially at night or when I’m going to be out and about for a while. They’re super absorbent without feeling bulky or uncomfortable, and they stay in place really well—no awkward shifting or bunching up. I also appreciate that they don’t have a strong scent, which I prefer. They keep me dry and confident, and I never feel like I have to keep checking or worrying. If you deal with moderate to heavy leaks, these are definitely worth trying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great absorbency I did a test and it was good. The pad is a tad bit l thick for me. The fit is rite. It is breathable and would cover leaks. Good pad if you are used to a thicker pad. I tend to go for a thinner.

I often can't get to the bathroom quick enough or out of bed fast enough. You could not see when I was wearing the long length and they were comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for light leaks, I’m at that age that sneezing causes leaks (if you know you know) Not too bulky and very absorbent, fits like a regular maxi pad so if you’re used to that, this is similar.
