I have stress incontinance yet I am confident that I won't have an accident and no one can tell I have them on. This will be my go-to pad from now on.

There was no bunching or slipping which makes it easier to relax and just enjoy the day. I am pleasantly surprised with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise Originals Maximum Absorbency Long Length Pad is one of the most comfortable pads I have ever used. It is soft and absorbs well. I like the long length which provides sense of security. The top layer stays dry for hours which I really appreciate. No irritation caused. I highly recommend this product.

I have used Poise pads(long) for many years. The ones now are so uncomfortable and very irritating to the to the skin and area. They also seem to leak at the side when barely used. I will be trying to find a better product. Hate after being a loyal customer for so long, but whatever you did has caused it.

My grandmother has been a user of Poise pads for many years and me being her caregiver for the past 3 years have been right along side of her shopping cart as we make our trips to restock on her #5 Regular Length pads. Lately, our outings haven’t been as easy considering the new contoured pads DO NOT ABSORD AT ALL and we were house bound for a bit due to her inability to rely on them. I had to make a special trip to the store for the non-contoured, older style of pad just so she could leave the house. Once the older style was secured for her, we were finally able to make more road trips to look for more packages of the older pad styles to stock up on. Slowly they are all being sold out locally and driving around the state scouring stores isn’t a possibility for us. We also cant rely ordering them online from big bulk stores or other places like Amazon because all stores don’t recognize the differences in the contoured/non-contoured styles so that would be a waste if they were the wrong ones. The new contoured pads DO NOT WORK because they are TOO THIN, NON-ABSORBENT, UNCOMFORTABLE, and UNRELIABLE. Its obvious the person that came up with the contoured edges for comfort never had to wear or rely on an incontinence product just to manage day to day life, to leave the house, etc. The Poise review page pushes the positives ones forward first and you somewhat have to dig to find the negative reviews but once you find them, they are plentiful with all of them receiving basically the same response from poise," Your loyalty means a lot to us….We are disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with your recent experience…” They also provide multiple phone numbers to call. The phone numbers have been called and not much was achieved there unless you consider receiving coupons for pads that DON’T WORK AT ALL anymore a big help. The review was given to a male customer service representative who would never have to use a female incontinence product so the personal connection wasn’t there. As loyal Poise and Kimberly Clarke product customers, Grandma and I would like to believe that Poise just missed the mark on the design absolutely 100% completely and that this isn’t another big corporation out for more money by cutting costs on products while simultaneously offering an inferior product. Both of us are surprised and shocked Poise would even attach their name to this product and take comfort in seeing pages upon pages of all the numerous negative reviews from other customers. We can only hope that maybe if there are enough negative comments and reviews they will actually listen and go back to what their customers are asking for but until then we will have to hope our stocked supply of old pads holds up until we can find something that actually works.

The poise pads fits good but I find I often leak on the sides and at the back end. I find when I have a sudden urge to urinate and have difficulty holding the urine it leaks from the pad to the panties when I try to sit on the toilet.The pad does not absorb the water that fast. Would prefer if the sides of the pads were contoured and the absorbency were improved. Another important factor is odor control when you need to wear the pad for a longer period of time. I have switched from other brands 3 years ago and am reasonably happy with the product. Also when you change packaging please put the previous packaging details on the new package. Thanks for listening and hopefully we will be able to have comfortable and safe product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are pretty absorbent. But they are thick. I'm not a fan of thick pads. But if you usually prefer that these are great. The fit goes all the way back so if you have issues with leaking from the back it's good.

They are way too thick, too wide in the crotch area and when you go to remove the pad, the adhesive sticks to your underwear every time and does not come off easily, if at all. I would never buy or recommend.

I buy these for my grandma. I asked her to review them for you (she is deaf). She stated "Out of all the pads out there that she has tried (that is a lot), these are the best. I asked her about the comfort,etc....these are the best. So....these are the best! She has been wearing Poise brand 5+ years.
