I've been using them about a week now and they truly are very absorbent while being thin. They also have "wings" that keep them well secured. The only reason I gave 4 Stars is because I'm a petite person and I think the normal or shorter versions would be more comfortable for me.

But to my surprise they not only stayed in place but were very discreet and did more that what I would have hope for. Locked in moisture kept me dry and allowed me to go about my day as if they were not there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent absorption, instantly absorbed any dampness and felt dry. Love the odor absorbing material that lasts for up to 12 hours. Very comfortable and breathable. Fit was perfect, didn't feel heavy or to thick, just like I'm wearing a reg pad.

I am a young man, who experiences stress incontinence. These pads fit wonderfully in the front of briefs and are sure to keep me dry no matter how much I leak! They are thick enough to be very absorbent and discreet enough for me to wear to school under my usual clothes without fear of discovery. They are very comfortable and affordable. I have tried several pads and this seems to be the best product out there!

I just do not like the shocking pink color these are wrapped in. For discrete issues like this, I prefer the softer colors...not an announcement that says "Va-voom - look at me." Poise is constantly changing their pads or their packaging. Confusing to me and cost-cutting measures on pad changes, I am sure. I am not happy with the lesser absorbency in the newer pads from the summer of 2015. I read Poise's canned answer to these complaints - and all us consumers cannot be wrong. We know there is a difference in what we have used for years and what we are getting now. I am very dismayed at Poise. Obviously a cost-containment, cost-cutting measure - and we end up with less absorbency. Gosh, I may end have to try another brand. Will go shopping today and see if I can can something as that I can use in place of my beloved Poise pad. I cannot use a longer pad - due to how I use it. And the remake of the pad gives less absorbency for the same size - to get more absorbency, i have to use a longer Poise pad - and I can't do that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this product wasn't for me, it's ability to absorb a huge amount of liquid while keeping skin dry is great. The only reason I'm giving a four star review rather than a five is due to it's thickness. The pads aren't necessarily bulky or bulge when wet. I prefer much thinner pads when menstruating and I don't have any urinary problems so this product isn't for me but I'm positive to those who do have those issues, I highly recommend these pads.

Why is it getting harder to find hour glass ones, they don't come unstuck or bunch. Thanks again also for coupon, going to try blue in bigger pads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keeps me dry and comfortable able to wear at night without the feel of a wet blog between my legs and I notice that I don't have a strong urian smell I have found another use for this product to keep moisture and rashes away in a another areas. I'm more confident using this product as I don't worry about it showing from behind as it stays in place and when I sneeze it doesn't leak on to my pants.

I just bought a box of Poise Pads 5, not knowing you had changed the pad. I used some and I am very unhappy with them. They are thinner, have the sides shaped rounded and I don't think they absorb as well. I have used your product for over 3 years and now I am very displeased with them. I hope you go back to your original.
