Was easy to set up. Bought this for my 79yr old mom. She is super busy and I wanted to free up some of her time. I helped set it up for her and we tried it out. Was not fully charged and wanted to see if it would go to its home place and it did. Was super simple for me to set up but an older person who does not use a cell phone or computer it could be difficult as you must have one of this electronic devices to do so.

This is my first Roomba (or ever using this kind of robot vacuum). And this little Roomba does a really good job. I love that it empties itself, although it sounds like a jet engine when it does so. IT IS LOUD. But it’s not terrible while it’s sweeping. I am impressed with its ability to find home. I bought it while it was $150 off and I feel like it was a good purchase. It’s only been about a month, though, so I hope it continues to work well.

Working great having one problem and it is my fault , have had pine chips carried in house wiyh wet weather, from dog houses, and causes a clog from time to time i sweep home at 3 times a week and still haven't had to put in a new bag in tower yet it's cleaning over 1000 sq ft each time love being able to do a specific room or area without doing whole house

This little robot is amazing and is saving my sanity! We have a labrador and she sheds on our hardwood floors on a daily basis. I no longer come home to messy hardwood floors and the house feels so clean! I am super impressed with how well she cleans the floors. I should have bought one sooner.

I wanted to try the roomba. But I was unsure if it was going to work. I am very happy with the results so far. It is not too loud and it does a good job on light debris, although it has difficulties with more heavy particles. It is great for people with pets.

The description says it maps but it does not allow you to limit rooms. Bought this for my son. I have previously purchased a Roomba I8 and absolutely love it. Can schedule specific rooms etc. This one says it does mapping but only for the purpose of the machine knowing where it goes. Considering the cost difference between I8 and this one I would not have bought the 3 plus. It cleans fine but so does the lower cost unit.

This is just ok. I would recommend if you have a small area, small floor plan and no furniture. It hugs the walls, continuously hits the chairs, like they’ve done something to it; has marred the new frig along the bottom... The total run time is very long, because it has to charge after about 90minutes and then charging takes about 90 minutes; honestly I typically end up canceling it because I get tired of it hitting stuff, the noise and just how long it takes to finish the job. No mapping for room by room, so it just goes about it’s business. The dirt disposal is nice, but very loud; you could not run at night. If you’re cleaning up dog hair etc, you will have to clear the rollers and the little sweeper thing periodically and clean out the filter; it gives you videos to show you how to complete if your unsure. So it’s not completely, completely hands off. I run this on the first floor, it has mainly hardwood, some tile and a couple rugs; semi open floor plan; and about 2200 sq ft. It will clean well, if you have patience for the long cycle. It connects easily to google home and the app allows you to start it when you’re not home or see how longs it’s been running. I wouldn’t purchase this again if ever need to replace or wanted to get one for upstairs...

I love Rozelyn! She does an excellent job in cleaning up behind 3 active teen age kids and two small dogs that live inside. I no longer have to pull out my couches to vacuum and sweep from the puppy's fur every two days. Rozelyn keeps it off the floor on a daily basis and it does not have time to build up and get under the couch. They also go outside several times a day and track in dirt and leaves daily. This makes clean up a breeze. One of my pet peeves is I can not walk around bare foot and get dirt and grime on my feet. My feet stay clean with Rozelyn around. This was the best gift I have ever received!! BEST CHRISTMAS EVER!! I told my kids they all moved down the favorite list. :)

This Roomba was an easy setup out of the box. The mapping was simple. I can't believe we waited so long to auto our vacuuming around the house. We should have purchased years ago. We simply set a schedule and forget about it... until the bad needs changed. If there is one down-side, the vacuum bag fills up quickly with cat hair. But there is still quite a bit of room in the bag to fill in the space. If iRobot senses a full bag though, it will not empty. This can be frustrating.

We bought two different "Sharks" and returned them. Bought this and will definitely keep. We owned Gen 1 Roomba and the programming has gotten much better I watched it get out from under the kitchen table with glee. They keep getting better! Very happy with this, we have 4 dogs and it has been running daily since we got it, moves from hardwood to two types of carpet and around a myriad of obstacles, when my Gen 1 dies (although replace battery and still going strong but not as effective) I will get this or the next version. No more Sharks for us
