ORDERED A 3350 GOT A 3150 TOOK AN HOUR ON THE PHONE TO GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND THEN THEY CHARGED ME POSTAGE FOR THEIR MISTAKE

We've had this for almost a month now. It does a good job at dusting the floor but it doesn't seem to have enough suction to pick up much more than common dust. I have to go back over the floors with a broom. I wish I tried the Ninja Shark instead.

Didn't work as advertised. Spent considerable time with Roomba'a support- their final response was it couldn't work on my carpet which is newer like in most households.

It works as I would expect it to for a robot. I am very impressed with the amount that it picks up especially on carpets. I would highly recommend it!

Problems navigating during Scheduled cleaning takes up our time and it misses areas. Instructions are poor in details of navigation and room selection.

Super impressed with how well this vacuum navigates around objects and never gets stuck. It does a good job cleaning as well. No robot will ever get everything, but this one comes pretty close.

After using it for a while it seems to do a better job overall than my 960, and I think the navigation and return to home functionality has been improved greatly.

I received the i3 Roomba for a Christmas gift and I love it. But I was disappointed to learn that at the price paid, it doesn't include Smart mapping.
