[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ease of using this vacuum. I don't even have to think about it. Our home has 3 dogs and A LOT of pet hair. This vacuum has done a great job at staying on tip of cleaning the hair.

We've had this for almost a month now. It does a good job at dusting the floor but it doesn't seem to have enough suction to pick up much more than common dust. I have to go back over the floors with a broom. I wish I tried the Ninja Shark instead.

It vacuums very well, but every time it returns to the docking station, i have to manually clean out the bin. It is really loud as it tries to empty itself and a nuisance to clean the bin and robot each time its run.

After using it for a while it seems to do a better job overall than my 960, and I think the navigation and return to home functionality has been improved greatly.

I bought this Roomba to replace am older model with out self emptying. I really like the ease of a daily routine and self emptying vacuum. I love that I can use it to spot clean as well once you’ve done mapping. This has been really handy to have especially having pets. The noise is a little loud when it’s emptying the vacuum however it empties it very well because it’s powerful.

I ended up returning this vacuum because it does not work on carpet as well as it claims. We have a Labrador Retriever and he does shed, but not to much. This vacuum would leave clumps of his hair all over the carpet making us use our other vacuum after the Roomba was done, defeating the purpose of having it. We would run it every day to see if that would help with the hair getting left behind and it did not. iRobot customer service was very helpful and sent us a replacement part that they thought would fix the problem, but alas it did not. It did work very well on the tile aspects of our house, so if you don't have carpet it would be a great option! Yes the end of the cycle when it was emptying is loud, but since I was running it when I was at work, I did not have to hear it. Also the mapping feature on the app and the app in general were very nice. So, if you have carpet, I would not recommend this vacuum, but otherwise I would!

I wake up to clean floors every morning and never have to lift a finger to vacuum. I run the vacuum at night while I sleep. The automatic bin emptying feature is so convenient but also a little loud. Actually the whole vacuum is a little louder than I prefer but I never hear it when it runs while I'm sleeping. It has a great app with lots of features. I really like the map to show where its cleaned. The app sends and error messages right to your phone and also sends messages to let you know it successfully completed a job. It seems to be quite a smart little machine! It works well on hardwood floors and rugs. It will kinda pull at one of my rugs that has large loops. Also, it tends to get stuck in my sheer curtains. The only concern I have is the bag feature. It seems to throw an error message quickly saying it needs to be replaced. Averaging 1 bag per week could add up but it is definitely nice to have such a clean way to get rid of all the debris. Overall it's a great way to clean up your floors without doing any work. It keeps this mom happy, dog hair picked up, and floors clean enough for my toddler to eat the crumbs he drops before I can shake them from his hands.

I didn't realize how long I took to vacuum or how annoying it was until I let it run for hours without me having to do anything. It gets under most of my couches and tables and can sense stairs before it falls down. The suction is great, and it even grabs the kitty litter that spreads around my basement. The only problems I had were corners and some other tight areas, but I'm already saving so much time using this Roomba, that I don't mind doing a once over to get stairs and some corners.

I finally hooked this bad boy up today after staring at the box in the corner since before Christmas. Why did I wait so long?! I had a little difficulty getting the thing to start up because the cord wasn't staying in place in the back, but after I got it properly plugged in, there was nothing to it. The app is extremely user friendly. When it ran out of juice it went home and charged up. An hour or so later it started up right where it left off. Very little particulate left in hard to reach and very edges of some areas. It is very sneaky and got in every corner of my upper level. Even left the nice vacuum lines on the area rug so everyone will know "I vacuumed." No issues getting over thresholds from tile to hard wood to area rugs. I could not be happier. Only limitation is the price point. I would buy them for family, friends, and busy mom friends if I won that big lottery.
