I have used 8 times. Only twice did it vacuum without issues. I find it difficult to clean. Not all instructions are clear. Can’t even remove bin from device. Rethinking why I purchased these problems

Product might have been defective. Should have cleaned our house easily in 90 minutes. After 6 hours and going back to the base to recharge twice, it still was not done.

It does get stuck like going around a fan. make sure you pickup cords, clothes, and shoe w/laces. To clean my whole house at one time. 3BR, (not including closets, bathrooms) it took around 9 hrs.

Gets stuck a lot and doesn’t really clean but fluffs up the carpet. Annoying when it runs so run it when your not home but then it will get stuck and you’ll have to finish it when you get home.

This is a powerful robotic vacuum but it is very loud. That may not be a problem for some but for others it may be. That and the fact that I am having to find it under furniture is a small problem.

Loved the brand but didnt like that it cannot distinguish between rooms after mapping. Upgraded for the j7. While alot more $ the ability to limit rooms and clean other rooms on schedule was important.

one of the best robot vacuums on the market. would have given it 5 stars but when the robot empties its storage into the dock it makes an incredibly loud noise

I purchased this item for my son in law and daughter's 2nd wedding anniversary.They have a13 month toddler that see everything. They are elated. They will be purchasing one for the upstairs.

I received this as a birthday gift from my son and daughter-in-law. I am thrilled with this machine. It vacumns my hard wood floors and rugs well. It keeps the cat occupied for awhile too.

Great purchase, we have two dogs in the house and this little vacuum has made a world of difference on the hair and dust bunnies on the hardwood floor and carpets.
