Purchased as Christmas gifts for my adult children. One is working fine. One has rear wheel issue after 3 days. iRobot is sending parts for free. So, we will have to wait and see.

The machine worked very well however we bought based on the advertising which included the ability to mop as well. Not true, have to buy two machines. So we returned in order to buy the bundle of a Roomba and Braava M6 Mop.

I am a big iRobot person. I had high hopes and the sale made me try. The vacuum kept going off edge my bedroom and failing to complete the job without assistance. I must say it seemed to have good suction. I was irritated and returned it.

This has been a great addition to our new home. My husband actually takes care of the roomba. It is wonderful to get home and the carpet is freshly swept.

Does not hold charge very well. Have a open floorplan and Roomba keeps cleaning same area even when I try to get it to go elsewhere. Not worth the extra money. The older model I have works better.

Won't hook up to Wifi, can't control where it goes. Try calling for support, annoy wait forever and they want you to go to web. Tried that folliwed instructions but still will not recognize wifi. Always gets stuck under couch.

We had bought one for my mother-in-law and liked it so much ended up getting one for us. So easy to use and does a great job of vacuuming the floors.

Loved the brand but didnt like that it cannot distinguish between rooms after mapping. Upgraded for the j7. While alot more $ the ability to limit rooms and clean other rooms on schedule was important.

We retired our e500 after buying this unit. Much better vacuum routing. The auto emptying is so nice I don't have to work after each vacuum run. And new feature allows vacuum to start our robot mop when he's done.

Shoppers should know that they might receive an item that was previously returned by someone else. My vacuum was obviously a return because it was re-boxed and had to have a factory reset because it was already registered to another customer.
