This couch a knock off nugget. You are better off spending the extra $50 dollars on a nugget couch. My daughter who is only 13 months (so obviously not at the age to be jumping and being rough yet) played on this for not even a whole day and the zippers broke. I honestly was questioning them when I took them out of the plastic wrap and opened them up to let the foam breath and expand the night before.

We purchased the Flamingo Explorer sofa on black Friday, and unfortunately, that color was on backorder. I contacted Sam's club customer service, and they quickly came up with a solution. Not only did they refund my purchase, but they refunded the difference from the sale price. I was able to order the yellow sofa, and it arrived in just a few days. My girls were excited on Christmas morning when they received their explore soda. They have played and built countless forts. My daughter accidentally spilled chocolate milk on one of the cushions, and I was afraid it would leak to the foam underneath. To my surprise, it did not. We stripped all foam blocks and washed per the tag recommendations. It looks brand new again and was easily put back together. Highly recommend, and we will be purchasing the Flamingo Explorer sofa in the future.

We bought one last August for our youngest child. (5). I’ve since bought 4 more! All my kids love them. Ages; 12, 10, 8, 5. They use them every day. They move them, stack them, jump on them and sleep on them! The covers are VERY VERY stain resistant, it may make a stain but it does not seep through to the foam. You just throw the covers in the wash. They are easy to get back on. They are worth every penny!

Almost right after I purchased the couch the cover on the largest piece stopped being able to be zipped. I have contacted customer support a few times to get a replacement and still have not received one. I guess I should have just splurged on another nugget. We haven't had any issues with the nugget. We have a nugget as well and the zipper has no issues. If I have to buy a replacement cover it's not really a deal in comparison. I guess I should have read the reviews as this seems to be a common issue.

We purchased this for our 7 month old and he loves it! It has been great for his gross motor and he is now climbing up and down with ease (9 months old now). He loves to stand and hold himself up on the triangle pieces too! And at $50 cheaper than the nugget it's a big overall win!

We LOVE this couch, we use it every single day. However, with a 1 and 3 year olds use it has busted zippers after 4 months. I knew I was opting for the cheaper version of the Nugget and it really is. I would still recommend but with caution. If you have bigger kids who are rougher, go for the real deal.

Overall, I'm decently satisfied with this. Had it for about a year and it seems to be in holding up well. My major complaint is the zippers. We've had to take the covers off to wash it after spills. They must have used really cheap zippers or something because it's nearly impossible to get it put back together. The zippers constantly misalign and what should take 5 minutes ends up taking 45 minutes and it still has holes/jams in the zipper track.

Bought for my son, hes 2.5. I was a little skeptical thinking he may not know what to do with it yet but as soon as we unboxed it he was playing with it and has been ever since. We’ve had it for about a week and it’s still a hit. I was worried about the zipper after seeing all the negative reviews. The zipper on ours works as it should, there was a warranty paper in the box that says it covers broken zippers so that was a good piece of mind.

I initially purchased 2 emerald online. The color is beautiful- more subdued and less brilliant than the stock photos show. One opened perfectly within 48 hours. The other never fully opened and I returned it to our store. Our local store had emerald in stock, so I purchased a replacement and again, it never fully opened after days of leaving it unrolled. I returned that and purchased two more figuring I’d get one that worked. Nope. In comparing my good one to the four bad, it turns out there’s a different cover design on the good one. The seams on all corners of both flat cushions are reinforced to help keep their shape along the corners (much like the competitor design). The ones I returned all lack this. I emailed Members Mark about this, but have yet to hear a response. The foam from some of our triangles seems to be cut crooked and the triangles were not stable, with the exception of the single couch we kept. I shouldn’t have to buy four additional products and strike out. It’s probably just worth buying the original competitor product for a little extra. The foam and zippers also seemed less quality on all the ones I returned. Inconsistent and disappointing product.

I purchased this in hopes it would be comfortable and fun. It’s been 3 weeks and the triangle’s haven’t fully decompressed and neither has the bottom piece. Also, thought I would save money and not buy the nugget. It’s just not the same. Smaller piece does not stay up by itself as a back. Very disappointed.
