I ordered Emerald Green and got Teal. Called and they GUARANTEED they would send me the right color. Well guess what Teal again. There is a big difference between Teal and Emerald green and the best thing is they don’t even offer teal this year. Must be last years color. Sent them both back!!!!

I've noticed a lot of people complaining about the zipper, I've had mine for 4 months and have never had a problem. Pro tip don't yank when you're taking of the covers go around it slowly. Zip the covers up before you wash and air dry. If you need a replacement cover and are out of warranty check your FB market place or offer up. The covers for the Nugget couch also fit this perfectly. This is my second review in these to try and help other people out, the foam on these are excellent. When my mom comes over she would rather sleep on a nugget than on the guest bed. My father in law who is 6' foot tall and almost 300 lbs puts two together and sleeps there very comfortable. Kids make forts, slides and obstacle courses.

Save your money and buy a different brand. Was fun until we needed to remove the cover to clean a spill. First time using the zipper and now it doesn't close, there's gaps after zipping over a sections of the cushion. Complete waste of money, cushions are useless because the cover won't stay on.

I bought this for my kids last Christmas and had to take off one of the cushion covers to wash. Despite following the care instructions the zipper wouldn’t function after being washed. I was disappointed but tried to take care of it so we wouldn’t have to wash the big cushion covers. Sadly we just had to wash the big cushion cover and unsurprisingly the zipper won’t zip and now the entire set is useless. I wish there was some sort of recognition of this issue! I tried to ignore the reviews but I wish I had listened.

Awesome! So glad I found this at Sam’s. Looking for sofas like this on the internet and never knowing the quality was not enjoyable but we trust Member’s Mark and this sofa doesn’t disappoint. Our toddler loves it and it’s very easily washable to keep clean for her even with animals in the house. Many forts in the future. Perfect for what we need!

Ordered when it was on sale and they never sent it to be shipped. Talked to them on the phone and they blamed the delivery service. They just made excuses instead of fixing the issue. They refunded me and said they would cover the difference in cost but conveniently the color I had originally ordered sold out an hour later. So I bought a couch from another company.

We love this. But the zippers are terrible! We have a 3yr old and two 1 yr olds. The zippers are out in the open with a big dangly tie on them that invites littles to unzip it over and over. And the zipper is SHARP. When they slide down it or throw it around while playing the zipper cuts them on the face etc. PLEASE SOMEHOW CONCEAL THE ZIPPER BETTER! (It won’t let me upload a picture.)

Just came to see if everyone has the same zipper problem I have been having. My kids LOVE this dang thing but the zippers are a wreck. They will literally not stay zipped and bust open all of the time which makes it a pain to wash the covers and painful to watch the kids play on them because I know they will bust open. I just looked up the nugget to see how much those were and the overall dimensions match the sams club measurements and you can buy a new cover set for $109.

My kids love this! We use it daily. The problem with it is the zipper. We had to take one off to clean up a spill. Now we cannot close the zipper. Because we cannot close it, that section is now useless. If there was a way to replace the cover I would love it.

Just bought this Oct21 2021 for my grandchildren and the zippers have already broken. My grandchildren are under 7yrs old. Customer service is contacting supplier to see if they can send replacement covers cause the couches are completely out of stock. Hope nobody else has this issue.
