Great picture, difficult physical setup
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is great and everything is very easy to use but due to the cameras being wired you have to do an enormous amount of planning and labor for installation. For a business or office with drop tile ceilings or new construction this would be fantastic but for established homes I would suggest considering wireless based on my experience.

Great resolution quality
We purchase these cameras for different clients, starting with the 1080HD now 4k, great quality, easy to install and configure. Just remember to get 4k quality, make sure the tv/monitor can do 4k. We normally purchase a 4k TV for our clients to view.

DEFENDS JUST MIGHTY!

Awesome camera security system!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned other home security camera systems but this one is the best! Very, very easy installation. The 8mp is just perfect. Eight camera are just the right amount we need for our home. I think it’s a great option to be able to get notifications on my phone. Overall, this is a wonderful home security camera system :)

Easy use and set up
This system was a very easy setup and was crystal clear and able to give us this vision that we were looking for. And also gave comfort to an area that was well needed to be monitored. Having this system place in foster home will be a great help to which child is doing what as well as protection by knowing if anyone is outside creeping around.

Nice Wired Security System

The wires are long enough to install in appropriate spots around the house. Also cameras have security measures so they can't just be pointed down. I recommend this product.

Good camera system
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The camera system is great it is Crystal clear and it's 4k. It is easy to set up. It comes with everything you need. You can make your house secured. You have enough cameras. You can use your smartphone to watch the recorded videos.

Very Pleased so far
This is our second camera system for our home. Our first system was a different brand and it failed miserably. So far Defender is doing its job well. We've had it one month so this review is premature in my opinion, at least six months is better, but to get a free extended warranty the review has to be done within three months of purchase. There were a few glitches during installation since it was set up differently from our other system but we managed to figure it out. Could have been an oversight on our part, but we didn't see any mention of the flash drive requirement until we started setup. As inexpensive as they are one should have been included, or at least the need noted, so no one has to stop with the setup process to run out and buy a flash drive. Everything else needed was included. The phone app is much better than the previous system. We are very happy with Defender so far.
super cool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i just got this on saturday, it looked so hard to set up, but we are in the process of finishing it all up, there is a lot of pieces to put together, the instructions are pretty easy to understand, although i need a usb card to activate the system, in the process of doing that now.

Fantastic video security system!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This security system is a must have for every home and business. The set up seems overwhelming at first because it is wired but it really was not difficult at all to set up. The DVD player is slim and small and takes up no room at all wherever you put it. The picture quality of the cameras is fantastic! I am so impressed. I love that I can now monitor my home, inside and outside when I’m not there. It really puts my mind at ease. They give you plenty of wire to make it easy to connect your whole house. I would highly recommend this system!!
