I'm purchase this a month ago. The first one crashed. Sent it back and got another and now it crashed. Will not buy it again.

This computer looks nice and serves our purpose. It does not come with speakers so no sound until you get speakers. In addition it's a pain to transfer things from old computer b/c of windows 10 not having build in transfer software.

I needed to replace an old work computer and picked this one. I am quite satisfied with the performance. Also, delivery was very quick and the setup was simple.

Had 'the guy' come to my house and install it, plus he transferred all my desktop shortcuts and more. It's so fast. This is my first experience with Windows 10 and it's really quite easy to learn. Love it!

Bought this computer to replace my old dead one. Works very fast and am very happy with it. The only thing it has no camera or microphone which I purchased separately. But all in all am very happy with this computer

Great performance in a compact tower. Everything loads faster, I had a 4th generation i7 processor with 16gb ram and 1tb. And this pc is faster than that pc. Lots of usb's and monitor is big with great resolution.

Have owned this computer a couple of weeks and runs fine now but we had to call Microsoft and get Windows 10 reinstalled because it wasn't installed correctly when made and a lot of things on the computer would not work.

Description indicated that unit has 5.1 Surround Sound. It does not say that there are no speakers with this unit and that external speakers must be used. A bit deceptive. Other than that, the unit seems to perform as expected.

The computer worked fine for the first day but on the second day I tried to connect two monitors to it and the BIOS system crashed. It started giving me an error "HP Recovery Manager failed. Error code= 0xEFFFFF08." I called HP and they basically told me to return it. I have an ENVY desktop at home and it works fine but I do noticed a significant difference in quality between the ENVY and the Pavillion. I will never buy a Pavillion again.

I purchased this when on sale. Set it all up and after a few hours of use the computer shut off all of a sudden. As I tried to restart it, it kept telling me that there was no boot partition. I called Trade Square (since I purchased the extended warranty), they did not have me in their system (I guess you have to wait for 3 days from the purchase date to be added). Then I called the store where I bought it from trying to exchange it and I found out that I could exchange it, but I will have to pay the price difference between the sale price and the regular price. Did not think that was good customer service to charge me extra for a defective product. I called Sam's Club customer support number to see if they had an alternative but they did not. Then I called HP... 1 hr and 40 min on hold the first time, 2 hrs on hold the second time (not including the time I spend on the phone with the customer support representative, who was helpful to the extent of her knowledge). Then, I followed the instructions given to boot the computer from a 32gb flash drive, but that took me nowhere since, and I tried it twice, it seemed as if it was actually booting from the drive but after about an hour or so of reformatting and such, it kept giving me a black screen for a very extended period of time (hours, not minutes)... Well, I got fed up and returned it. Happily.
