I have yet to get this computer working. I plan to return it.

I bought it about a 3 weeks ago and really like it, nice big screen easy to see. But it does not have built in speakers or it's own cam. Why I do not know? Lucky I still had speakers and cam from my old 2005 HP. If it had,had I would love it and give it 5 stars. But this is 2018 you'd think they would have had that built in. And I didn't know this when I bought it! Buyer beware right! So I can only give it 4 star rating!

I'm generally pleased with my HP PC package. I like the monitor well. After a couple weeks of use, the thing showed a message that it was preparing the Optane memory for use. Why the long delay? And I dearly wanted to prepare some backup, in case the web loaded malware into my PC, but I cannot find any way to accomplish that. Malware probably attacked on the first day I went online. I was disappointed that this PC has no speakers. I'm still searching for a way to buy some, so things remain silent.

I am happy with the computer. I am unsatisfied with Sams.com. The computer is advertised as 5.1 Surround Sound. It came with no built in speakers, and no speakers at all. I tried several times to contact Sams.com with no success at all. I tried by phone, that was a joke. I tried by email and on line q & A. Also a joke! No response.

I went online in the “one day only” sale midnight, tried for an hour to make the purchase but was unable to. I made another attempt at 6am and was able to make the purchase. It's been a few weeks now since we've had the computer and I have to say on behalf of my church...”It was worth the wait”. We thoroughly enjoy the savings as well as the functionality.

Had this about a month, so far working great. Having to get used to windows 10 and wish it had speakers included but that's kind of a “nice to have” not a deal breaker to me, just be aware if you want speakers you'll have to get separately. Probably will add wireless mouse and keyboard in the future but out of the box this computer is great if you want to just setup and go.

I am happy with the speed on this computer. I do find Windows 10 difficult to find what I need to do for adjustments, placement of favorites bar, and view size. Finally found where to increase the view so that the icons are readable. I did break the DVD drive trying to get a disc into place and, consequently, ruined a brand new program cd.

Have had a few problems, starting with a bad power cord that was quickly replaced by HP. Some files from my old computer are not comparable with Windows 10. Also, when left inactive for a longer period of time, the computer needs to be restarted. Overall I am pretty satisfied.

I am very disappointed with this computer. I don't have a lot of technical knowledge but , i have owned more than a few. this one takes too long to start from sleep. i have a couple old games that it is having a hard time with and I have had to reinstall windows after only two weeks. i may have just gotten a lemon but i would give this one a hard passs

Great computer and live the monitor. Works fast and smooth.
