Nice deal. Decent specifications for the price. Sadly, deceptively advertised as having “24gb of RAM.” The truth is the system has an included 8gb of RAM, with a 16gb Optane m.2 module. The Optane module is a benefit, especially with mechanical hard drive performance. However, it is not to be confused with system memory (RAM). I'm sure this advertising reference was more of a “misunderstanding” of the technology. I just think clarification should be provided, thus allowing for a properly educated consumer. Nonetheless the average end user will be impressed with the overall performance.

I've had this for about 3 months now and this PC is FAST. No problems at all. Performed the HP BIOS update and it works as described. You need to let the PC do it's thing and leave it alone. It looks like it's starting up and failing and rebooting over and over, crazy BIOS update sequence but once done it comes back working great.

The description was very deceiving as it states 5.1 surround sound and monitor has no sound. ridiculous!!! I have to go buy speakers!!! I have an HP desktop that is 11 years old and the monitor has built-in speakers.

Purchased this package, lasted only 14 days till it crashed, returned to Sams for full refund.

Had to return product. Never could get it going.
