I bought this about a month ago! I have an hp laptop with an Intel i7 processor, This computer is much quicker starting up and opening programs! The 27” monitor has beautiful pictures!

Got a great price on this desk top. Shipping was fast. Setup was very fast and performance is outstanding. I would highly recommend this unit.

I have only had this computer a few weeks, but so far so good. It is fast and loads quickly.

computer was DOA and after 45 minutes on phone with HP, I called Sams for an exchange. will review again when new computer is installed

Purchased this computer and it was dead within 30 days - blue screen of death. Out $300 in software expense and several documents created and saved. Called HP (someone in India) and they said couldn't help unless I bought software support. Will never buy HO again. Sams was great as always and refunded my $$. Went and bought a reliable Apple..

Motherboard is out in the computer. I have sent it back to HP to be repaired. I tried to return the computer to Sam's and get another one. Sam's said no I had to return it to HP for repair. This is the second HP I bought and had bad motherboards. This is the last HP I will buy. I need a new laptop but it will not be a HP.

Bought this at the pre-Black Friday sale back in first week of November. Didn't get delivered on-time, so I didn't even get it set-up until a week ago. Only used it to check FB and e-mail and it's already dead. Was working last night. Went into the office this afternoon and had the Microsoft blue screen of death, and no back-up disk to restore from (none came with the PC). Gonna have to take it back and see if they can replace it now or fix it. Thought HP made better products than this...

I bought this computer. Used it once. Worked ok. The next time I turned it in, it errored out and black screened. Called the computer company that set it up. Had to pay them $30 trip fee and $120 an hour to figure out it was a faulty HDMI cable. It also says it had surround sound. I had no sound so I had to purchase speakers. I would have returned it but I already spent $315 to have my data transferred and another $270 to have my new computer repaired.

Bought this month ago and used it 1 week come up saying PC needed to be repaired guess I got a refurbished one . Suppose to been NEW!!!

The computer hasn't worked since taking out of the box. And HP is a pain in the kister in trying to contact!!
