Ive used arm & hammer for at least a year or two but the last tube I used was the advanced white and I started noticing my lips becoming very dry and chapped. A few days later I developed sores on my tongue and the corners of my mouth had split and were burning. I had a red itchy painful rash around my lips that looked like I had been licking my lips and I could not figure out what was causing it. I tried so many things and when I read that it could be the toothpaste I saw several other eerily similar reviews and immediately stopped the toothpaste. Im day 3 into stopping this product and my mouth is slowly healing. Im sure it isnt happening to everyone but it appears to be kinda common based on reviews so beware! This is the first time ive ever had this happen from toothpaste and I wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy!

Absolutely terrible I would give it a zero star! The arm and hammer advanced whitening 3X messed my mouth completely up. I had to go to the emergency room. My lips swelled up and my tongue has cracks now, my mouth has been dried for two weeks so far and it doesn't feel like it's getting any better! My lips swelled up and inside my cheeks and lips completely dried out.

I started using this toothpaste a few days ago and suddenly I wake up to an incredibly swollen and painful mouth. It feels like the entire inside of my mouth, gums, and lips were burned by hot food. It hurts to stretch my tongue, or move my cheeks against my gums at all (even to smile or talk). Eating anything is excruciating (especially anything warm or acidic). Even WATER hurts! I like Colgate baking soda and peroxide toothpaste, so I took a chance on A&H brand this time and bought a FOUR PACK from Amazon. I couldn't even make it through 4 days on it! What am I supposed to do with the rest of these? Can I exchange them for a regular toothpaste? This is terrible.

I used this for the first time and now my gums, tongue, and lips hurt. To add insult to injury it did not remove the stains from my front teeth, when my normal toothpaste does.

Used twice, both times swollen lips, irritation inside my mouth and rash on my chin. I do not recommend. Taste wasn't great as well. Not a good product in my opinion.

Ive used these products in the past and have never had issues. Until now, the inside of my mouth is irritated and swollen. Lips are dried out and have sore in the corners of my mouth.

Used this product for a week and developed raw sensitive lips. Have been using vaseline for the last four days to heal them but still very raw. Do not recommend this product. Have never had this reaction before.

I'm suffering for a week with pain in my lips, tongue, gums and mouth after using the Advanced White toothpaste for two days. I looked online and read about other consumers having the same experience. This is not a safe toothpaste.

Used my first tube and loved the results, though the taste was not great. Now I'm on a second tube and my lips are burning and cracked and extremely painful. Not sure if they changed something, but it's awful.

Awesome toothpaste don't listen to any of the negative reviews, this is the best of the best. Those whining about it being dangerous and all that nonsense probably use too much or brush the wrong way.
