[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arm and Hammer Whitening toothpaste has a pleasant taste that I really enjoyed. This is the one of the few toothpastes that does not activate my gag reflex and is not too foamy. It does a great job of making my mouth feel clean. My teeth appear more white, as well.

I've been on the hunt for a different toothpaste since Arm & Hammer decided to stop selling their Fresh Breath toothpaste (my holy grail) and replaced it with Therabreath (which contains poloxamer 407--no thanks). Thought I'd try this one...I've never spat out a toothpaste so fast. I don't know if it's the sodium percarbonate or the flavoring (which tastes like a fruity mint?), but my mouth was actually burning. I've NEVER had a toothpaste burn the inside of my mouth before, and judging by the other reviews I'm seeing, I'm not the only one. Whatever ingredient is causing this needs to be removed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about 3 weeks ago. It has a strong mint flavor. But not to much. I has whiten my teeth , I will continue using it to keep whiting them more . And keep them white. It's not gritty, so no sandy feeling. That I have had with others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Arm & Hammer Advanced White Extreme Whitening Toothpaste and it leaves my breath SO FRESH ! It also has fluoride with baking soda. Which cleans my teeth very well. I haven’t noticed a lot of whitening, probably because I smoke. But the freshness is fantastic !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to try the arm and Hammer toothpaste. I'm very happy that I did. Besides the benefit of baking soda ,I love the minty fresh breath and the way my teeth feel. I highly recommend giving it a try.

For years I have loved using Advance White gel, Breath Freshening, Baking Soda and Frosted Mint. It is wonderful and I can't imagine having to use any other toothpaste. I am upset that I have not been able to fine it lately. I am about to run out of my stockpile. Have you discountined the gel?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally did not like the taste of this Arm & Hammer AdvancedWhite Extreme Whitening toothpaste. The taste of baking soda overpowered the mint. It left my teeth clean, but I didn’t feel like it left me with a fresh feeling because of the toothpaste’s flavor. The consistency of this toothpaste is good and I like the whitening aspect, I just wish I got more of the mint flavor while brushing my teeth.

Before trying this product I had never brushed with the Arm & Hammer brand, but as I said I was pleasantly surprised. Been using this product a bit over a week and I honestly don’t think I’ll go back to my previous brand. I can tell immediately upon brushing how much more effective it is than my previous brand. I can tell it’s actually getting my teeth much cleaner and working harder. It keeps my breathe fresh all day on top of that. Subtle but very effective mint flavor. I would definitely say this is a great value for your money. Would recommend this product to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not totally use to the Arm and Hammer formula, so it did take a few tries before my mouth was able to adjust to the new mouth feel during brushing. However, I like it and my mouth does feel very clean after brushing.

I am sure it does help with teeth whitening, however the taste was so bad I could not continue to use it. It does not give you a fresh breath, it tastes like baking soda. Do not recommend unless you don’t care about taste of your toothpaste.
