So far I like thr product and the fact it has baking soda and peroxide! It helps with teeth whiting! I like the cream mint flavor because it's not overwhelming like other brands. Plus no harsh or strong chalky taste after either! Hopefully I see whiting improvement and I'll definitely keep buying!

I have only been using it for a few days but I definitely see a little bit more brightness in my teeth. As for the stain defense claims, I would have to try it out for a longer period of time to really tell

I bought this product nearly a month ago, I brush my teeth three times a day and for two minutes every time I brush. I bought this product because I wanted to whiten my teeth and heard great reviews. This has not whitened my teeth at all. It has a gritty texture because of the baking soda, and it always leaves a bad aftertaste in my mouth if I don’t use my mouthwash.

I feel like it does a good job at cleaning my teeth and I have noticed a slight improvement in coloration. The only problem I have is that you can definitely tell this is a baking soda based toothpaste. It can feel very thick in your mouth while brushing. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

Potentially I didn’t see a huge difference with whitening due to my coffee drinking, but I was hoping for more of a change. The minty smell, smells great and is long lasting. I think I had high expectations and it fell a little short. Maybe with a full size I would have seen a difference with my teeth.
