It has a top rack for up to 12 place setting of utensils. I can wash my stemware as well!!! It's wifi capable which is so convenient because the mobile app allows control of the dishwasher remotely, enhanced settings control, and notifications about the wash cycle. We were able to connect it to our Alexa, so we get voice announcements too. Best dishwasher I have owned yet!!

With a family of four (two adults, a toddler, and a newborn), we run the dishwasher frequently. The interior design is a significant improvement. I particularly appreciate the top rack, which is perfect for smaller items that often get lost or damaged in the bottom rack. It's low-profile, so it's easy to overlook, but very useful. I was also thrilled to discover that the dishwasher runs hot enough to sterilize baby items like pacifiers and pump parts. The adjustable middle rack is another valuable feature, allowing for better cleaning of taller dishes. One of the biggest drawbacks of our old dishwasher was its noise level. This new model is remarkably quiet, allowing for normal conversation nearby. I no longer dread running the dishwasher during the day. So far, the dishes have come out consistently clean and dry when the cycle is complete. I use the recommended Cascade tabs and Jet Dry for optimal results. The accompanying app was easy to install and connected to the dishwasher quickly via Wi-Fi. It offers features like adjusting the end tone and creating custom wash cycles. I also appreciate the reminders for maintenance, helping to ensure the dishwasher operates smoothly. Overall, I am very satisfied with this dishwasher upgrade and highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new appliance.

So we were ready for a more modern look and function. This lg dishwasher checked all the boxes. Love the silverware rack at the top which is so functional. Also the middle rack which is adjustable and comes in handy when I need to add bigger pots on the bottom rack. It fits so much more than the older one we had. Love that the racks slide out so smoothly. The top controls are great and sleek to complete the more modern look and I love that I can see how much longer the cycle has on the digital clock. Overall, we're so pleased and happy we went with this model

Here are some of the thoughts on features that I've used! 1-Hour Wash & Dry Cycle: This cycle is a huge time-saver for busy days. It handles lightly soiled dishes well, leaving them clean and dry, though heavily soiled items fare better with standard cycles. QuadWash® Pro Effectiveness: The QuadWash® Pro is exceptional. The multi-directional spray arms and powerful jets clean dishes thoroughly, even stubborn grime like baked-on food. Every dish, no matter where it’s placed, comes out spotless. Dynamic Heat Dry™ Feature: Dishes, including plastics, come out completely dry every time. This feature eliminates the need for hand-drying, which is a big plus for me. Built-In Leak Protection: While I haven’t experienced leaks, it’s reassuring to know the protection is there. It adds a layer of confidence when running the machine. Ease of Top Controls: The top controls are intuitive and easy to use. They blend seamlessly into the design, keeping the dishwasher sleek without compromising functionality. EasyRack® Plus System: The adjustable racks are versatile and make loading a breeze. I don't have any young kids around right now, so the fingerprints aren't a huge issue, but it's nice to know that it's easy to keep clean! Final Thoughts: This dishwasher is a perfect addition to my kitchen. I liked my old dishwasher for what it was, but this dishwasher takes it to a whole new level!

Let me start by saying I wash most pots and pans by hand and use this mostly for dinnerware. This dishwasher is very quiet compared to my last one. That is its best feature. And it fits a LOT of plates. I was very excited about the silverware rack on top, but now it turns out I never use it. When the cycle is over, none of my dishes are completely dry, including the silverware on the top rack. In addition, my silverware doesn't get completely clean on that rack and I can't fit my larger serving spoons sideways on it. So I put silverware in the silverware caddy on the bottom rack. The top rack is wasted space. My serving spoons and cooking utensils won't fit in the slots in the silverware caddy. You you can fold up the slots, but you have to fold up HALF of them, even if you just need a little space. They should have made this foldable in quarters. There is only 1 wider space on the bottom rack, where I could fit my wider soup bowls. But since I have to use that wide space for my utensil caddy, I have to hand wash those items or run my dishwasher mostly empty. Finally, we use a lot of bowls. Salad and cereal every day. And soups. The slots on the bottom rack are great for plates, but are not wide enough for my bowls. The bowls seem to fit on the center rows of the top rack, but then there is not enough room beside them to put my coffee cups and drinking glasses. So I think this dishwasher does a decent job of getting dishes clean (other than the top silverware rack) but the layout does not work for the dishes I use

It was time to replace it with a better dishwasher and we LDPH5554S Smart Top Control Dishwasher with QuadWash Pro caught our eye. We opted for professional installation, which seemed very easy and fast. Interestingly this dishwasher does not require air gap. It is very sleek design with pocket doors, stainless steel tub, stainless steel design that is fingerprint resistant. It also connects to WiFi but we have not tested that function just yet. The several pros are that it is very quiet compared to our previous dishwasher, middle rack is adjustable, it cleans our dishes and pots well and the stainless tub stays clean. It does require regular maintenance, but all appliances do. I found that it seemed very spacious and I could load more dishes and items into it without compromising on cleaning. I love the one hour wash and dry for a quick cleaning it also has a flex zone option for cleaning, multiple other programs are available to make life easy – for washing as well as drying. The racks are robust but light and easily pulled in and out. Silverware holder has small holes preventing smaller items to interfere with rinse arms. It does require regular maintenance, but all appliances do and looking at the instructions it is simple – cleaning the tub, as well as the filter with both being accessible. As far as any cons: depends on humidity but I do have to leave dishes in after the drying cycle little longer for them to dry out. I still really haven’t utilized the little top rack and now I’m not sure if I could do without it and have extra space, but not a deal breaker in any way. Another minor issue that came up during installation was that the rack to screw it into the countertop had different holes and as such the installers had to make it a tight fit, but we may need to be adjusting it if and when it will move.

This machine is so quiet, so I need to get closer to check if it's running. The design is nice and sleek. There are three tier of racks. The washer itself has plenty of room for dishes plus the top rack adds even more. The timer on the front was a genius level idea so my kids aren't opening the door before a cycle is complete.
