The dishwasher worked great and is very quiet. I an very pleased with the installation and the setup of the product

Cleans just fine, wifi works no problem. The MAIN problem is it noisy! It's advertised as 46 decibles and it definitely is not, it's much louder, around 58 to 60 decibels. I bought this one because of the alleged quietness, again it's not quiet unfortunately.

I really wanted to like my new LG LDPH5554S dishwasher, it is supposed to be 46db. So far in my testing from 1 meter (std sound testing distance) I am getting noise levels in the 60-64db range. Other than that, it is a great dishwasher, cleans and dry's great just MUCH LOUDER than advertised. I hope LG will find a way to get it not to be so loud.

Delivery crew only had a 3/8 inch installation kit and not a universal kit. If you do not have a 3/8 inch water pipe, find an adapter before delivery or you will be installing your washer by yourself like I did. I wish this was communicated ahead of time. Washer works great and I like how much room there is and the third tray at the top for misc items comes in handy. Installation went well, but the washer was a tad shorter than my old one and the top brackets could not be connected to my counter. I ended up attaching to my cabinets using wood screws, not provided.

I've had this dishwasher for about 3 months. I love my new dishwasher. Even on the shortest cycle it gets my dishes sparkling clean. The color is perfect, I bought the black stainless steel. The 3 racks are wonderful and fit everything, really tall items may not fit as well on the second rack due to the 3rd rack, but it is a trade off for having the extra top rack. It is quiet and runs smoothly. I'm very happy with the choice I made.

This was the worst delivery experience I have ever had. Sam's decided to use a delivery company called RXO to fulfill the free delivery, install, and haul away. While the delivery was on-time, the worker stated he could not install the unit because of the hose on the LG machine needed an adapter (even though the purchase included all necessary install parts). I had no choice but to let him go and try to figure this out on my own. I called RXO directly to try to fix the issue, but the representative spoke very little English and insisted that she transfer me to LG. I didn't buy the washer and delivery from LG... I bought it from Sam's! Of course, when she tried to transfer me, the call dropped. Realizing that RXO was not going to be helpful, I called Sam's. The Sam's agent was very helpful and sympathetic and agreed to refund a portion of the installation fee if I would call a plumber to install it. The cheapest plumber I could find charged me $225 over what Sam's would compensate me, but it had to be done. After the new unit was installed (by the way, it did NOT require a different fitting, RXO is just lazy), Sam's arranged a pickup of the old washer. Again, the pickup was by RXO and I received several messages informing me of the time range that they would be there on the day of pickup. I received a call letting me know they were on their way about 1.5 hours before their scheduled arrival, but I was not able to be there. They were trying to pressure me to get back to the house so they could finish the pickup. I refused. Turns out, they got smart and realized they couldn't be done for the day until they came at the correct time and picked up my old dishwasher. Great dishwasher though. I'm just out over $200, several hours of time, and a whole lot of stress.

Dishwasher seems fine, delivery and install process was terrible. Delivery man (from RXO) was supposed to install but informed me he wouldn't be able to do it, and I'd have to reschedule. After 4 no-shows and reschedules without informing me, it finally got installed by guys who didn't know what they were doing. I had to keep contacting them for information. Still awaiting RXO to come back to fix it (after another RXO-initiated schedule change). I would never again buy anything that RXO was responsible to deliver or install... EVER!

Installed a week ago. Already the middle rack is stuck and is very difficult to open and close. Little metal beads (ball bearings?) have popped out of it and I think one may have even gone into the drain pump. Based on other reviews, this seems like a common issue. The drain hose is also very thick making it almost impossible to install flush in a standard size cabinet.

I bought this because of the stainless exterior and interior the stated "quiet" decible level and the handle for towels. BUT, it is the noisiest dishwasher I have ever had and dishes do not get clean nor dry in the upper rack on any cycle . The noise culprit is the "Quad Wash" feature, which sounds like Niagra Falls throughout my house and is present in all wash cycles. Also, the handle on the silverware basket gets in the way of loading and unloading silverware. I have had Bosch and Kitchenaid dishwashers that are quiet and get dishes clean. This purchase was a mistake.

We just got all new appliances after having my old one for 20 years. This new dish washer does not dry well at all. Everything comes out still wet and plastic ware is the worst. I have tried every cycle and have the same result. Currently I cannot recommend this dishwasher.
