This is the worst dishwasher you can buy. My dishes are so wet that they are soaked (no matter what dry setting i use. It does the same amount of drying (none) no matter what option you choose). It does not dry at all and technican said this is normal for all LG dishwashers to not dry dishes. I would run very far away! You'd get a better dishwasher by getting the cheapest one at the store.

No idea about how the dishwasher works as they have been here twice to install but it's not hooked up yet. That's not including the two missed appointments with no notice. Installs are done by third parties and the phone number they give you to call can only apologize not actually do anything. First time was my issue, didn't know I still had a copper tube to my old washer as I had previously paid a plumber to replace the faucet shutoff valves and hoses for the faucet and didn't know that the dishwasher had it's own. Then they missed an appointment (without letting me know they weren't coming), showed up removed the old dishwasher, and then stated that the inlet hose was too short. They were supposed to show up today, again missed with no notice. So at this point it may be the best dishwasher ever produced but I will neve purchase from LG again.

I was trying to save money over the Bosch dishwashers, which I know work, because this would be in a location where it would be used about a dozen times per year. The door latch has never worked correctly and takes many attempts to get it to catch so you can even run the dishwasher. Sometimes it won't ever catch and you have to just skip washing dishes in the dishwasher. When it does run, only about 10% of the dishes get remotely clean and I have never had a full load because it only gets very light use. It gets one star for being quiet and doing a decent job drying. If you just need a dish dryer, this fits the bill. I've owned it less than a year but I have given it ample time to work out the bugs. I'm going to return it for a Bosch. Save yourself the trouble and start with a Bosch.

terrible products, they do not perform as advertised. Part on their appliances are faulty and failing but they are not telling consumers or recalling them. Look it up, there's a federal class action lawsuit

Looks really nice in the kitchen I helped install it and it was super easy. You won't need much assistance to be honest. One person can get it installed and running in less than an hour. It's lightweight too. The stainless is nice as well. Shiny and sleek looking. If you're looking for a new dishwasher this one is an upgrade. I especially liked the third rack. My dishwasher doesn't have this so seeing this addition was really cool. LG has ways been a go to brand so I'm not at all surprised at how nice and high end this one is.

It has features my previous dishwasher didn't have such as a 3rd rack to hold cutlery and small items near the top. It's also more quiet which is appreciated in a home that has an open concept family room/kitchen. It cleans and dries a load of dishes/glasses/utensils very well and the rack design makes everything easy to load. The controls are easy to use and it's convenient to have a timer on the front that displays how much time is left for the cycle to finish running. The exterior design looks clean and streamlined. The only thing to be aware of is the front panel is made of plastic, not steel, and should not be cleaned with stainless steel cleanser.

Probably my favorite part. The delay start is a life saver. There are so many different wash options, from heavy washes to only rinses, and everything in between. I would recommend this to any busy family!

The middle rack is adjustable and top rack is very useful for utensils and some small items. The top control panel is easy to use and the front display shows remaining cycle time, which is very convenient. The app is easy to use and comes in handy, especially when I forget to start the cycle. Overall a good machine.
