This beast is quiet, roomy, and will tackle all your dirtiest of dishes. Stuck on food, sitting for a day or two, this will take care of it. Even if nasty and dirty, they will come out spotless and squeaky clean. The timer on the front of the unit is nice so you know how long it has left. Another nice feature is a 'fan' that will keep air moving and keep things from getting moldy and nasty. Highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a good, dependable dishwasher

This is a total failure! They kept delaying the delivery for weeks. Finally on the day of the delivery they could not give us a window of time for the delivery. Then, after waiting for them all day, they arrived but they could not install the dishwasher because they did not bring the right materials needed to connect it. Very rude delivery staff. Mario spit in the front of my door while I’m talking with him. Very disrespectful. They were supposed to close the gate behind them after they leave, but they left it wide open. How could Sam’s Club work with this type of dysfunctional contractor?

With a family of four (two adults, a toddler, and a newborn), we run the dishwasher frequently. The interior design is a significant improvement. I particularly appreciate the top rack, which is perfect for smaller items that often get lost or damaged in the bottom rack. It's low-profile, so it's easy to overlook, but very useful. I was also thrilled to discover that the dishwasher runs hot enough to sterilize baby items like pacifiers and pump parts. The adjustable middle rack is another valuable feature, allowing for better cleaning of taller dishes. One of the biggest drawbacks of our old dishwasher was its noise level. Here are some of the thoughts on features that I've used! 1-Hour Wash & Dry Cycle: This cycle is a huge time-saver for busy days. It handles lightly soiled dishes well, leaving them clean and dry, though heavily soiled items fare better with standard cycles. QuadWash® Pro Effectiveness: The QuadWash® Pro is exceptional. The multi-directional spray arms and powerful jets clean dishes thoroughly, even stubborn grime like baked-on food. Every dish, no matter where it’s placed, comes out spotless. Dynamic Heat Dry™ Feature: Dishes, including plastics, come out completely dry every time. This feature eliminates the need for hand-drying, which is a big plus for me. Built-In Leak Protection: While I haven’t experienced leaks, it’s reassuring to know the protection is there. It adds a layer of confidence when running the machine. Ease of Top Controls: The top controls are intuitive and easy to use. They blend seamlessly into the design, keeping the dishwasher sleek without compromising functionality. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We started to wash our dishes before loading them into our dishwasher and the outcome was still very poor. It was time to replace it with a better dishwasher and we LDPH5554S Smart Top Control Dishwasher with QuadWash Pro caught our eye. Professional installation was the best way to go for us, to ensure the connection was done correctly. The dishwasher itself is very sleek design with pocket doors, stainless steel tub, stainless steel design that is fingerprint resistant. It also connects to WiFi. The pocket door hide all controls but displays time remaining in the cycle. The new dishwasher is very quiet compared to our old one, middle rack can be adjusted for taller items being placed on the upper shelf. The little top rack we use for serve-ware and did a great job washing them. The tub is stainless, it does require regular maintenance and cleaning. Filter will also need regular cleaning but is easily accessible. The dishwasher is spacious and we can load more dishes into it, when compared to our old machine, and we can do so and not compromise on cleaning. The one hour wash and dry is a perfect option for a quick cleaning, the dishwasher also has a flex zone option for cleaning, multiple other programs are available to make life easy – for washing as well as drying. The racks are robust but light and easily pulled in and out. Silverware holder has small holes preventing smaller items to interfere with rinse arms. As far as any cons: depends on humidity but I do have to leave dishes in after the drying cycle little longer for them to dry out. Another minor issue that came up during installation was that the rack to screw it into the countertop had different holes and as such the installers had to make it a tight fit as they were not able to drill holes into it. And we may need to be adjusting the dishwasher if and when it will move.

So we were ready for a more modern look and function. This lg dishwasher checked all the boxes. Love the silverware rack at the top which is so functional. Also the middle rack which is adjustable and comes in handy when I need to add bigger pots on the bottom rack. It fits so much more than the older one we had. Love that the racks slide out so smoothly. The top controls are great and sleek to complete the more modern look and I love that I can see how much longer the cycle has on the digital clock. Overall, we're so pleased and happy we went with this model

We got this one to replace an older, nearly identical LG dishwasher that had lost the long battle with my ankles, running into it when the door was down (ouch!).This one has one or two new features, except it does not seem to have an interior tub light. I probably assumed they all did. Bought it online from an orange big box store. The product description on their web site says it has an interior light. I didn't notice it until after 48 hours so could no longer return it. I also has a strange click in the door hinge when you raise the door up to close it. Otherwise, don't get me wrong, this is a nice energy efficient unit and I have always like the ThinkQ app. Just not sure what to do about the missing interior light.
