My Kayak is great, but customer support the likes of which I received from Hunter elevates my experience to "Excellent"! Call volumes are very high, but he was very helpful and polite! Hunter is an excellent representative of the company and should be promoted immediately!

Bought two Lifetime kayaks over ten years ago for my Florida keys home. The salt water environment and near constant use eventually degrades the seats and attachment hardware. I made one call to the Lifetime toll free number and they sent me replacement parts for free. This is the second time I’ve replaced these parts and they are still free. I’ll never buy a kayak from any other company.

I have not used the kayak yet. I bought it early and have been waiting for it to warm up. I am hoping to use it in May. So far it is exactly what I had expected after looking at it online. Like I said, I haven't used it yet but I am kind of wishing there was an upgraded seat available, but I knew that when I bought it.

I've had this kayak for a while now. i've used it in lakes and in the ocean. i've launched into surf with no problem (we did get wet). the seats got lost over time and customer service sent me new seats, no questions asked! its a bit heavy for one person but i've paddled out on it by myself. stable in the water. easy to add modifications. the only drawback is no netting or anything else inside the "storage holes"

I bought recently a kayak tandem and it does not came with one of the seat, so I reach to lifetime service and the agent Alan reply me very fast and say that will sent me the replacement in only two days the replacement arrived. Thank you for the excelent service.

I have 5 Lifetime Kayaks and all are great and have zero issues with them...I lost the seat on one and had trouble finding a replacement. Contact customer service and they took care of me. Its not just the product that makes a company great, its the people who run it!!

I bought an Envoy 106 from Sam's Club for my son's birthday and found that it only had one hatch cover. I contacted Lifetime and they said to provide them with a receipt and a picture of the make/model/sticker on the kayak and they would mail me one. I thought that I would have to pay as I didn't know if I lost the cover or if I didn't notice if it was even on there. Took them only a day to respond via email and almost an immediate response once I emailed them the info they requested. It will only take about 5 business days to get the part. This is perfect all around kayak. I’ve been in the lake, ocean and river and works for all. Single or 2 people With a bunch of gear. The seat had an issue at first but the excellent customer service swapped it no problem.
