I have this kayak which I love . About a month ago I lost one of the hatch covers on the way home. I contacted customer service about a replacement. They contacted me back and told me one was on it's way at no charge! Totally unexpected, wow! this company stands behind its product and has great customer service! Thanks to Brenna for going the extra step for me!

I needed a few replacement parts and I was a little upset that I couldn't just order it from the website. So I reached out to customer service and Terry went above and beyond to see to my request. The kayak seems great and I have no hesitations but really I am just stoked there are companies that are still putting customer service as top priority. Thank you.

Bought a kokanee kayak years ago and I happened to lost one of the seats so I contacted lifetime to see if they sold them because I can’t find the exact one anywhere. CS sent me one at no charge! I love this kayak and also love my fisher lifetime kayak I’ve had for years. Great quality kayaks and and great customer service! Thanks

We bought a Lifetime tandem kayak about two years ago, and have enjoyed it greatly. However, in transit, one of our hatch covers must have blown off. With a quick email to Lifetime, including a description and model number, Lifetime replaced the hatch cover for us free of charge. Now that's what I call service!

I purchased an Envoy kayak and the first time we used it, we discovered that one paddle was shorter than the other, and one of the seat strap hooks failed. Johnathan quickly determined the replacement parts needed, and after replying to his e-mail with a copy of my purchase receipt and shipping address, he said the parts should arrive in 5-7 business days via FedEx. Shortly after I hanging up the phone, I received a confirmation e-mail. Johnathan's service was fast, efficient, and professional. As a former customer services manager, I can say that his level of support was excellent. Keep up the good work.

Many problems, bought as tandem kayat for grandson. Unable to use because of its' weight(75 lbs) design(wide body) unable to use with any wave action on windy days, seat is terrible(after 20 minutes your back hurts), difficulty adding attachments like fishing pole holder/ trolling motor/better seating. I've had this kayak for a while now. i've used it in lakes and in the ocean. i've launched into surf with no problem (we did get wet). the seats got lost over time and customer service sent me new seats, no questions asked! its a bit heavy for one person but i've paddled out on it by myself. stable in the water. easy to add modifications. the only drawback is no netting or anything else inside the "storage holes"

I bought an Envoy 106 from Sam's Club for my son's birthday and found that it only had one hatch cover. I contacted Lifetime and they said to provide them with a receipt and a picture of the make/model/sticker on the kayak and they would mail me one. I thought that I would have to pay as I didn't know if I lost the cover or if I didn't notice if it was even on there. Took them only a day to respond via email and almost an immediate response once I emailed them the info they requested. It will only take about 5 business days to get the part. I’ve had two lifetime kayaks for several years. Some of the plastic pieces have broken due to normal wear or have just been lost. The company has replaced these parts at no cost. Unexpected but grateful. Great kayak, outstanding service and customer support.

I have bought several lifetime products over the years (tables, play equipment, kayaks). I have always been very pleased with their construction and durability.
