I’ve had two lifetime kayaks for several years. Some of the plastic pieces have broken due to normal wear or have just been lost. The company has replaced these parts at no cost. Unexpected but grateful. Great kayak, outstanding service and customer support.

I have bought several lifetime products over the years (tables, play equipment, kayaks). I have always been very pleased with their construction and durability. For the first time I had to contact the company for a replacement part, and now I found that their customer service not just matches, but actually exceeds the quality of their products. I’m impressed. They have won a “lifetime” customer.

I’ve bought the Kayak over 2 years ago and on the last trip one of the seat clips got lost My mistake and when I’ve contacted them to find out where I can order a replacement They send me replacements for the whole kayak for free That’s standing behind your product I’m a customer for life Thanks again

Just bought our kayak and noticed it was missing a strap piece. I called customer service and they are sending the piece to me. Great customer service. Other than having to wait on hold for a while the person I spoke with was extremely helpful and nice and got my issue taken care of immediately.

I bought two Lifetime kayaks, a single and a tandem. Both craft were sit on top models. Both kayaks are great and a blast to use. My biggest compliment is how they handled an issue that arose. One of the clips that locks the seat into place on the tandem craft was lost. I reached out to Lifetime and was responded to in an very quick manner. The service rep, Dany, was extremely helpful in identifying the part # and arranging for a replacement. Great customer service!

We bought our first kayak, the Kokanee, from the first owner of it. We're really happy with it, it's easy to maneuver with one or two people and we've never been close to tipping it. It is a little heavy to load onto the top of our Jeep, but not unmanageable. The straps for the chairs were messed up when we got it and I called customer service to see about buying new straps for them. Ian was super helpful - he asked me for the numbers on the kayak and found that the kayak was still under warranty. So they sent me replacement straps for the chairs for free, even though I wasn't the original owner! This kayak and the customer service has made it easy for us to have fun kayaking and if we get another kayak we'll definitely look into the Lifetime products. Thanks Lifetime!

Many problems, bought as tandem kayat for grandson. Unable to use because of its' weight(75 lbs) design(wide body) unable to use with any wave action on windy days, seat is terrible(after 20 minutes your back hurts), difficulty adding attachments like fishing pole holder/ trolling motor/better seating. Love this tandem kayak! This is our family kayak. We owned two other Lifetime kayaks and other Lifetime products and we are very happy with our purchases. Lifetime customer service is the best. He (Darwin) responded quickly when I needed assistance and he was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommended ALL Lifetime products for your needs.

We bought a Lifetime Tandem Kayak and during its first use, the pads for the seat pulled out of their tabs and we lost them. I chatted with a representative and explained what happened. Prepared to buy the pads, the rep said no problem and would place an order form me. Pad arrived just a few days later. Wish all companies would take notice of this way of doing business.

I have this kayak which I love . About a month ago I lost one of the hatch covers on the way home. I contacted customer service about a replacement. They contacted me back and told me one was on it's way at no charge! Totally unexpected, wow! this company stands behind its product and has great customer service!
