I bought two Lifetime kayaks, a single and a tandem. Both craft were sit on top models. Both kayaks are great and a blast to use. My biggest compliment is how they handled an issue that arose. One of the clips that locks the seat into place on the tandem craft was lost. I reached out to Lifetime and was responded to in an very quick manner. The service rep, Dany, was extremely helpful in identifying the part # and arranging for a replacement. Great customer service!

Customer Service is Great!

We bought our first kayak, the Kokanee, from the first owner of it. We're really happy with it, it's easy to maneuver with one or two people and we've never been close to tipping it. It is a little heavy to load onto the top of our Jeep, but not unmanageable. The straps for the chairs were messed up when we got it and I called customer service to see about buying new straps for them. Ian was super helpful - he asked me for the numbers on the kayak and found that the kayak was still under warranty. So they sent me replacement straps for the chairs for free, even though I wasn't the original owner! This kayak and the customer service has made it easy for us to have fun kayaking and if we get another kayak we'll definitely look into the Lifetime products. Thanks Lifetime!

I bought an Envoy 106 from Sam's Club for my son's birthday and found that it only had one hatch cover. I contacted Lifetime and they said to provide them with a receipt and a picture of the make/model/sticker on the kayak and they would mail me one. I thought that I would have to pay as I didn't know if I lost the cover or if I didn't notice if it was even on there. Took them only a day to respond via email and almost an immediate response once I emailed them the info they requested. It will only take about 5 business days to get the part. Bought two Lifetime kayaks over ten years ago for my Florida keys home. The salt water environment and near constant use eventually degrades the seats and attachment hardware. I made one call to the Lifetime toll free number and they sent me replacement parts for free. This is the second time I’ve replaced these parts and they are still free. I’ll never buy a kayak from any other company.
