Hi Ray1, I'm sorry you have encountered issues when downloading the Paramount + app. Please try the below steps to resolve any performance issues. First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care. Finally, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. If you continue to have issues, we are happy to help. Picture

I’m not happy at all. After just 6 months there is a black, sometimes colorful stripe about 6” wide from top to bottom of the picture.

I have a few recommendations that may resolve the line you are seeing on your screen. First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, run a diagnostic test. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. If there are no issues during the Picture Test, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, first, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing lines. - If the lines still appear after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device. - If lines appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step. Not impressed

T v Always wants to show the Samsung guide. It caches a program and won't let you change to trinity stream without emptying cache every day.
