I've been taking these for a few years now and find them easily digestible. The Liquid Nightime is my favorite and it ensures I get a good night's sleep.

Not quite a month in yet. I love that it’s a liquid. I still take a few other pills for other nutrients it doesn’t have. I may buy the night time formula.

I was looking for a better way to take a nutritional supplement other than a capsule. This tastes great and definitely cut down on capsules I was taking winter months. I chose raspberry.
