Being a liquid vitamins makes it a easy to absorbed vitamins. Does not irritate the stomach when taken on an empty stomach. Taste is great! Highly recommend.

The reason for the 4 star is the thick consistency. The taste is good, but the consistency is a bit thick and to me it makes it hard to take. All in all , I am very happy with this product.
