The main reason for the purchase was to acquire a battery powered hedge clipper that my wife could operate. She can and the clippers work better than expected. I was hoping she would be able to do "touch-up" trimming; but the trimmer was powerful enough to cut through thicker branching than I expected. I only checked the other parts to make sure they worked; they did. Overall, this set was an inexpensive group of lawn and garden tools that operate well and are light weight for us elders.

I could not believe it. 3 pieces for $99. All three work really well and they are very light weigh. I had an electric blower and weed eater and both are extremely heavy. I can do the yard work without wearing my arms out.

We ordered it and it worked great, but the trimmer plastic broke and you could not put the blades on. We decided to try it again. We have not used to replacement yet so we shall see. Hopefully we will not have to return it again.

The blower is usable but the weedeater is a waste. It does not trim sidewalks or even high grass around fences. Works more like a toy than a tool. I haven't used the hedge clippers. My son said that they work well on new growth.

It works, kind of. It's a lightweight weedwacker but it has tiny plastic pieces that need to be regularly replaced instead of string and it comes in several pieces and will not stay together. Not worth it, even as a set.

Blower was pretty good, but the weed trimmer broke in less than 30 seconds. Did not get a chance to use the hedge trimmer. No issues returning and getting a refund. That’s why I gave 2 stars and not 1.

The tools work great but customer service is poor replacement parts are on backorder and no one will reply to messages very disappointed

Used the trimmer for about 30 minutes, and it became inoperable for no apparent reason. Still have the original "blade" mounted, and the battery still has two of three power-strength lights lit. GARBAGE!

Stay away from this company! I purchased this combo set from Sam's Club, and the grass trimmer stopped working in July 2025—just one year after purchase. Since the product was under warranty, I contacted Snow Joe customer service. They asked me to email my receipt, assuring me that the product would be replaced. The combo originally cost $99.99, but I noticed the same set was now listed at $199.99 on the manufacturer’s website. Despite this, Snow Joe later claimed—falsely—that the product was discontinued. Instead of a replacement, they offered me a store gift card, but only if I returned the entire combo. I agreed, on the condition that the gift card would cover the cost of buying a replacement. I returned all three items in the combo, only to receive a gift card worth $106.44 (my purchase price plus tax). After two months of frustrating back-and-forth, I accepted the card. When I attempted to use it to buy a replacement, the gift card came back as no longer available. I called customer service again, only to be told that they had cancelled my gift card, claiming I was only entitled to $99. No one ever communicated this to me. Neither the $99.00 which is incorrect amount of purchase nor the original $106.44 that was initial has been received. The issue has not been sorted out as at this moment. I have not been able a get a replacement. This experience has been extremely disappointing. Snow Joe’s handling of warranties and customer service feels deceptive and untrustworthy. Please think twice before purchasing from this company.
