[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a gift and am so happy with this product. It is better than the three Cobalt brand products I have in my garage. The combo unit is my go-to now. A few highlights why I like the combo unit better than the comparable Cobalt products: - The power is strong for my backyard needs, and directs the leaves/debris where I want. It doesn't put them into a "whirlpool" that blows the leaves into the air and requires me to go back over them once they hit the ground. This was amazing, it saved me time. - The unit is lightweight - it's easy to carry and lift, and it sleek/slim. But again, it's powerful to use. The Cobalt product is heavy and bulky. - It has TWO batteries in the box, and a 2-battery charger. And both were pre-charged and ready for use. This is super-helpful when you're using the hedgecutter for awhile - you can continue using the second battery, or switch between the cutter and the blower without having to switch the battery between the units. And the charger and battery are lightweight. The Cobalt product has one battery and the charger is bulky and heavy - it takes up alot of room. - Everything I needed was in the box and within 15 minutes of unpacking it, I was in the yard with the fully powered unit working as expected. Not really any "assembly" required, just need to attach a few pieces like the handles. It's easy and everything was clearly labeled and packaged really well. I have friends who love the SnowJoe power shovels, and if they are as good as this combo unit, I can see why. It's really great and makes yardwork alot easier. Highly recommend?

Trimmer is crap! I used it once and the plastic hub that hold the trimmer piece broke. Contacted their customer service and it's been three weeks and they just email me and ask for additional info each time. First, prove when and where I bought it along with Model and Serial number (I had registered the product so they had all this info). Second time it was asking for a pic of my Sam's Club receipt, pic of damaged part and explanation of how I was using it when it broke (no problem there). Third was asking where and how I store it and more info on how it broke. I like the leaf blower and hedge trimmer though. But may have to take it back to Sam's club if they can't/won't get me a simple part (it's plastic).

“I recently got the Sun Joe multi-tool system, including the hedge trimmer, pole grass trimmer, and jet blower, and I absolutely love the weight of all the tools. The hedge trimmer works wonderfully—I was able to trim efficiently, with no problem at all. The pole grass trimmer exceeded my expectations—it’s powerful and easy to use, even at height. The jet blower rounds it all out—super effective for clearing debris. In the kit, you get all three tools, plus two 2.0Ah batteries and a charger, all neatly packaged and instruction manual which was very helpful. I’ve included a photo of the kit so you can see exactly what comes inside.

Two out of the three are amazing! The problem is the trimmer and the customer service! I have just finished speaking with one of their reps and she was of no help. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said that I will have to wait for a call back. People have posted that they have been waiting for months for a call back so I have no faith that I will be called back. This is a useless product because the blades only last for one small grass trim use and have been used up in the two months since we purchased the trimmer even with the extras that were provided in the package deal from Sam’s Club. The other products are amazing and I am not about to send everything back to them since the only problem is that we cannot purchase the blades! It is a terrible design for a weed trimmer. Why isn’t it a string trimmer?? The blades have never been available since I purchased the trimmer in May because I tried to purchase them right away to avoid searching for them when we would run out. We have the pressure washer, rototiller, the powerful blower, the regular blower and the hedge trimmer from Sun Joe and love all of them. I am so disappointed in Sun Joe for the horrible customer service. I am left with a completely useless product and now must purchase another weed trimmer so we can trim our grass for the rest of the summer! If you are purchasing this package deal for the trimmer I would not recommend purchasing it. If you have a problem with one of the items, Sun Joe will want you to send the whole package back for store credit at Sun Joe, not Sam’s Club.

The Sun Joe 24-Volt IONMAX Cordless Garden Combo Kit is a great all-in-one setup for easy yard maintenance. Everything is lightweight, simple to use, and the cordless system makes it super convenient. The blower has plenty of power for cleanup, the trimmer (with blade system) saves you from dealing with string, and the hedge trimmer handles shrubs no problem.

Such an amazing combo that provides exactly what you are looking for, one easy bundle, easy to use and store, vibrant colors, sleek design. Great value, with this equipment you will have all your gardening needs met. I would give it 6 stars if I had the choice.

Piece of junk. It's a waste of money and time. Spend elsewhere than buying junk which will occupy your space for nothing. Warranty is a joke. Calling from last 3 days followed by mailing them. No answer to mail or call even after waiting for more than 20 minutes to hear the message “no one is available to take your call, call us later.” Blower stop working within a week. String Trimmer is a toy, hedge trimmer start rusting. It's a rejected junk being sold as a my trash is your trash, Beware…

I didn't expect this Sun Joe kit to replace so many separate tools, but it honestly has! The 24V IONMAX leaf blower is strong enough for quick cleanups around my driveway and patio, and the jet fan really does push leaves and clippings at a good pace for something this lightweight (the weight of it is also a plus!). I've mostly used it for cleanup and it gets the job done without dragging out a cord. The grass trimmer and edger has been just as useful! The 10-inch blade system cuts cleanly without the hassle of string, and I like how the 180° head makes it easy to switch into edging mode along sidewalks. The hedge trimmer has also been solid for my bushes, the dual-action blades cut smoothly and don't shake your arms up too much, which helps when you're doing more than just a quick trim. Having two batteries included and a convenient charger makes a big difference because I can rotate them and finish everything in one session without waiting on a recharge. So impressed by the value in this bundle!

I ended up returning this set. The blower was great but the battery only lasted 30 minutes then I had to change to the back up battery which is not near enough time for my relatively large yard. Then the battery charger stopped working altogether. The weed eater was not amazing. I liked the hedge trimmers and they were excellent for smaller jobs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kit included everything that I needed for the upcoming Spring season. I've been using this equipment over the last 2 weeks and it has been incredibly easy to get my yard cleaned up quicky. The battery life is impressive and two batteries are included, which you don't see often. The trimmer was especially useful for cleaning up hedges around the property, and the blower is very strong. I would definitely recommend this kit!
