Purchased this mattress about two weeks ago. Let it expand for 3 days and it has only reached 11 inches. The lack of height makes my sheets loose fitting. There is no support around the edges, so when you sit down on the edge of the bed, you slide off. For the price of 500 dollars I expected a little more....

I redecorated my son's room and was originally looking for a mattress topper to bring life into a VERY OLD mattress. A quality topper is pricey and I figured it would be a temporary fix which would ultimately lead to a new mattress sooner than later. I stumbled upon this Member's Mark mattress at my local Sam's club during my topper hunt. The price was double the price of a nice topper, so I decided to skip the topper and go straight for a new mattress. After a couple of days of expanding, it is really nice. My son only comes home from college occasionally, so it is a perfect addition to his room. Personally, I like a firm mattress, but when I lay on this one to test it out, I'm pleasantly surprised at how comfy it is. My son loves the way it sleeps and never complains any more about coming home and staying for a while.

I was disappointed with this mattress! It is no more than a bed topper. My fault I guess for not going to the store and looking at it first. I got this for my college granddaughter in another location and time was the essence. When it said Hotel Premier Collection, I trusted it.

Very Comfortable! I was a skeptical because it came in a "box" but this mattress is truly a great purchase! I ordered the firm king and it is just right! It has the right amount of firmness/softness (if you wlil). I am really enjoying it and so is my husband - who is very hard to please when it comes to mattresses! I hesitated in buying a new mattress for several months. There are SO many options out there, all of them claiming to be the best. I spent lots of time researching prices and pros/cons for several brands. Friends of mine told me I would never get a decent mattress for under $1,000. Well, I am here to say they were wrong! I am so happy with my decision to go with this one. This is definitely the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. When I first laid down on it, it seemed too soft, but that was because I didn’t give it the full 24 hours to fluff up. Now It’s firm, but not too firm. Soft, but not too soft. It’s just perfect for me with a history of back issues. I’ve been sleeping so well since I got it. Thanks for making an affordable option that is still so amazing! I would 10/10 recommend.

I purchased this mattress quickly online without spending much time reading its description. Just a lot of satisfied comments and an attractive price. If I had known it was a "bed in a box" I probably would have passed it over in favor of a traditional mattress. When it arrived, I was surprised and nearly returned it without opening the box, but after rereading a lot of happy online comments, I decided to give it a try. This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned and I look forward to many happy years with it.

Got this for my child’s first big kid bed. It’s super plush, very comfortable and almost puts my $3000 mattress to shame. I haven’t slept all night on it but did sneak a quick nap (unintentionally) and it was great! Definitely a steal when lining up against other brands and was able to take home the same day, didn’t have to wait for shipping from other brands.

We bought this mattress for our college aged daughter. It was so convenient to pick this up in a rolling box and bring it to her apartment. After cutting through the plastic the mattress was set up in minutes! It is a super comfortable bed. My husband and I may even buy one for ourselves. Great price!

I waited a month before posting a review just to ensure I gave myself plenty of time to get used to the mattress. I love it. It is so comfortable and I just feel my body relax every time I lay on it. My knees and hips no longer hurt when I wake in the morning -- I can only sleep on my side, so every day one or both would just ache all day. That hasn't happened since I purchased this bed. Excellent bed for the price and I'm really happy I purchased it.

It was time to move my teenage boy to a queen bed and I wanted something comfortable for him but didn’t want to spend a fortune. Found this for about $400 at Sam’s and was hoping it wasn’t too firm or to giving. My daughter and I tried it out when he was gone for camp and I slept like a baby. I have an expensive mattress and I slept just as good, if not better on this. Very nice quality!
