This was supposed to be medium firm, but it's the softest mattress I've ever felt. I waited over 24 hours for it to expand fully. The top material is lumpy. Unfortunately, I picked up from store instead of online, so only way to return it is to take back to store. I called to confirm options and advise no way of fitting it in my car. I was told to rent a truck to bring it back if needed. (In a very rude tone). Will be canceling my Sam's membership.

2 months after purchasing this mattress it began to sag in the middle. 2 people sleeping in this bed wind up laying up against each other in the center of the mattress. THEN - since I can't read "fine" print - SAMS CLUB will not allow me to return the mattress because I threw away the box. THEY REQUIRE YOU TO BRING IT IN FOR THEIR 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE WITH THE ORIGINAL BOX. I am so disappointed in the mattress and SAMS CLUB. WHO KEEPS A BIG BOX STORED JUST EXPECTING A TRUSTED STORE LIKE SAMS WOULD SELL THEM SOMETHING CRAPPY THAT THEY WOULD NEED TO RETURN IN THE FIRST PLACE.

After much research we chose this firm, king size mattress. After originally leaning towards a hybrid mattress with springs and foam, we are extremely pleased with our all foam mattress. IMO, the addition of springs just adds an unnecessary quality risk with the way these "bed in a box" mattresses are packed. We had concerns about returnability and felt that a Sam's Club product (Members Mark) would be more highly supported in case there were issues. This mattress gives firm support, yet is comfortable whether a side sleeper or back/stomach sleeper. Without a legitimate firm mattress we are subject to back discomfort. After 7 nights of use we are happy to say that we are extremely pleased with our choice.

I've slept on it for 2 nights and taken one epic nap on our new matresses, and i LOVE them! Our 12 year old Icomfort mattress had given up. We had decided to get 2 twin xl's in hopes of getting an adjustable base in the future and the 2 twin xl's were actually $50 cheaper than just buying a full king size. I can move these 2 all by myself where our old matress was so heavy it really needed 4 people to move if you were to follow OSHA saftey standards due to the weight ;) We got the medium, i let them "air up" for a little over 24 hours and they had no issues or a bad smell. I was a bit nervous when they were delivered because one looked like it was trying to air up in the box, so i was scared of it being mishappened or damaged from a cut through the box or something, but had no problems. Not to firm not to soft. Being 2 twin xl, there is very little if any movement transfer. King size bedding fits on the 2 mattresses perfectly and keeps them together better than i thought it would. Being 2 mattresses together, they are a smidgen wider than our current bed frame, so if you have a frame that the matress sit in that may be a issue if you go the 2 twin xl to make a king route. I paid $327 total after taxes for both and they arrived in 2 days! I bought from Sam's so if we didn't like them we could take them back to the store if there was a issue, as this was the first time buying a mattress that i didn't get to test out first and i was nervous, lol. I figure even if these break down after a few years, i would still be happy with my purchase because I've wasted more money on way less before. For the price, they are totally worth it and with the return policy, no reason to not try them out. We got the medium, which is fine for us, but if you like a firmer matress get the firm one. I'm ordering one for our 16 year old son, who has never had an opinion on bed comfort because he could sleep on the floor and find it comfortable. But he laid on it and said he wanted one too! The price is great! Trust me we went mattress shopping and i think we laid on every major brand mattress on the market these days and I'm telling you, there are way worse (name brand) matresses for quadruple the price out there

Mattress is Comfortable & Supportive for the money. There is better mattresses for more money but this was definitely better than the traditional spring mattress it was going to replace. Motion transfer was better than the spring mattress, but have sleep on better in hotel rooms. I natural sleep hot & this was a hot mattress. My fiancé normally sleeps cold, but she was also hot temperature wise. Already ordered more expensive mattress than has better reviews for cooling & will be returning soon. If it sleep cooler would be keeping.

This mattress is really nice! I love how easy set up was. It is comfortable I would say it is soft but firm. The only negative for us was the smell it has a strong chemical smell out of the box that has been hard to get rid of. But we left the window open so it can air out. As far as price & quality this has been a great purchase for us.

I suffered a L1 compression fracture in January after a fall, and have had significant pain ever since. I chose the mattress based on the promise of perfect support for my back. The mattress feels luxurious, but I still wake up with an aching back. That could be because of my injury, and not the fault of the mattress, but I am disappointed, none the less.

I have had the mattress 11 days. The topper is already coming apart and bunching up. My wife and I are of average height and weight. I am concerned about the quality and will be returning the mattress to the store where I bought it. I hope I don't have problems returning the mattress.

I guess our gust bed mattress was not exactly up to par. Ooops. Our daughter researched all the online foam mattresses and thought that this Member's Mark was the best quality for the right price. Set up was a snap. Really! After her first night on it, she described it as "amazing" . "Lifechanging" . She was not happy to report that it was better than her $2000 mattress at home. So, highly recommended!

Worked in a jam. Picked up a mattress on the cheap after ours was ripped my movers. I also picked up 2 twin xl for 2 of my kids after they got new beds. I shoukd have known better for our adult bed. It was comfortable for a little over a year, then had noticeable dips and sag in the top layer. My partner and I both weigh between 140-150, so we aren't overly large people. Rotating the mattress didn't help prevent the sag. After 1.5 years my back couldn't take it anymore, and this mattress had to go. I'm also noticing a bit of sag in the 8 year old's mattress. She's under 100lbs AND doesn’t live with us/sleep here full time. The top layer just doesn’t hold up. No issues on the mattress for the 4yr old but... she's 4. Same thing there - that she doesn't sleep over at our place every night. Wishing I had just gotten innerspring mattresses for the kids, and gone back to our original mattress (Tuft and Needle) from the get go.
