Off gassing

I ordered in app and did a store pick up. This is NOT hotel premium as described. I received a regular Members Mark 12” mattress. I did not realize it until it was too late, I had it out of the box and the plastic was off. I would not have accepted this at the store if I had known. I actually passed up this item in the store wanting the better “Hotel Premier” product. Sam’s Club misrepresented this product and it’s too late for me to return, I had no way of getting it back to my vehicle after it was unrolled. I’m very disappointed

First new mattress in 20 years. Would give five stars but I have no reference for what a five star mattress would be. But I love this one. I would buy again. We mattress shopped locally first and decided to order this, due to the way better price and figured we would have to give up some quality. This mattress feels as nice as the $950 one at the store. We’ve slept very soundly without disturbing each other when one of us rolls over in our sleep. Very happy so far!

Purchased this bed in full size for my daughters room and was so pleased I replaced my queen size bed as well. It is plush to the touch but definitely more on the firm side. The bed looks amazing and expensive. Very impressed with what members mark has to offer with this bed. I ordered online and they brought it out curbside and loaded it in my truck. The box has wheels for easier moving. Unloading was easy and it didn't give off any toxic foam smells that sometimes beds in a box do.

It’s not at all what it’s described as. It does not feel cool at all as a matter of fact it gets pretty hot at night. Also it’s not very comfortable. I was told it expands a bit more as the 24 hrs hit well it’s still pretty thin and has this creases that stay once you lift it. When the mattress is set back to flat the creases remain on the mattress which in turn look like there’s something underneath the bedding once it’s made. Not to self go for the better brand even if it costs more

This is way more comfortable than the old fashioned box spring and mattress. I was very impressed with the level of comfort and support. My son loves it- it really exceeded all of my expectations which were already pretty high based on reviews I had read prior. Great item for the price!

I read other reviews and thought I could get away with some of the issues noted about this mattress but no. This is error purchase for me. The mattress is softer than the mattress I'm trying to haul. I literally sink into this mattress. I was expecting medium firm but it's not near it. Planning on returning it. My old mattress lasted over 10 years, not sure this new mattress would make half of that. I brought on sale so i'd say penny wise, pound foolish. Cheap is expensive! Also gives me heat not cooling at all, makes me uncomfortable overnight.

First we purchased one for our toddler’s big boy bed. After trying it out for a month we ended up buying another for our own bed. For a foam bed, it’s pretty great. I’d like to see the edges more firm but that seems to be a problem with foam beds in general.

Purchased for the guest room. I didn't use it myself, but a visiting family member was comfortable and slept well. It's a very thick mattress, so if you use it with a box and a standard bed frame it would be pretty high. I used it with a fold up metal bed frame and a thin mattress pad under it, no box and it was high. Set up was easy for the twin size. I was able to do it alone. The mattress fluffed up fully in a few seconds. I didn't notice any offensive odors, but it wouldn't hurt to let it air out a little before putting the sheets on to let the new foam bed smell dissipate.

Bought this mattress in September 2024. By April, the mattress was sagging and uncomfortable. Tried to return, but was strung along until I gave up on returning. Do not buy this mattress!!! It will feel good for a few months, but it won’t go the distance. Wasting your money. Sam’s club really failed on quality and customer service! Won’t buy any big ticket items from them again.
