Mattress was packaged well and looked great, however this 'medium' is much more like a soft in my opinion.

Not very medium - feels more like a plush or soft than a medium. Luckily my son doesn’t mind it, so we will keep it as it is a pain to return.

Mattress is too soft, I feel like I’m sinking in. No support whatsoever and I wake up with a sore neck and back everyday.

Since getting the mattress we hurt all day. Absolutely hate it but cant afford to get another mattress

The mattress is medium, not too firm and not too soft. Bought for husband with neck and back problems.

1st time with a box mattress, did not know what to expect, 12" makes for a little taller bed. Had to get used to it. I think I like it.

I bought this my for my adult son and went off the reviews, he wanted soft , if you want soft stay away from pillow tops ! He is so happy with this!

This was a gift for my grandparents along with the adjustable base. They make the perfect set. They love it and said it’s like sleeping on a cloud.
