We constantly remind you that we close the office at 2 pm and you schedule our delivery after that time. The last delivery was left on the front door steps and the driver didn't pick up the empty bottles.

Usually excellent service. Would have been 5 stars but the driver walked past the empty bottles twice and left without taking them. I got charged for them of course.

Communication is poor on the drop offs. I literally have 9 empty bottles I’d like to have picked up, but I never really know when there’s going to be a drop off - only to come home to find jugs outside my home. Looking for an alternate at the moment

I get a delivery of 5 gallon water bottles each month and the service is reliable and the water tastes great. Their website is also very useful in modifying your order if necessary.
