The water is delivered in nice 5 gallon containers that are recycled and BPA Free. The water has a good taste. This water makes great coffee. I am confident that this water is more healthy than drinking city water or other types of water.

We looked into using the jugs and dispenser because we were going thru WAY too many water bottles. We are saving money and getting more water this way.

Every scheduled delivery date is missed. Failed to show up to perform maintenance on water dispenser that was scheduled a month in advance. Customer service is non existent. Prices change without notice.

Delivery driver took a lot of bottles with him. This was greatly appreciated. However, one bottle was damaged upon delivery. Cannot use it now due to possible contamination.

The low rating is not about the product. The rating is low because my water bottles were dropped of at my neighbors house. If my neighbor was dishonest, they could have kept the water without me knowing.
