Perfect fit for the water dispenser

I enjoy this brand of water. It tastes clean and “crisp” and not “bland” like purified water can be. Doesn’t taste like everything has been filtered out of it. It is very refreshing when cold.

The water quality is quite good, and while I would have preferred the alkaline water, which was unfortunately out of stock, this option has turned out to be enjoyable as a second choice. I even used it to make ice, and I find it refreshing to drink. Overall, I'm satisfied with it!

The water is very good, we've been getting it from you since 2005. Why has the price of the 5 gallon jugs (bulk) been more expensive than an equal volume of water availabel in 40 pack case of 1/2 liter bottles over the last 5 years or so...? Why would, by your pricing, encourage your customers to use and throw away all those plastic bottles? Bulk should ALWAYS be incentivized and encouraged to lessen waste and to lessen the plastic bottle load on the planet. I would love to know why you charge us more for bulk packaging. It didn't use to be that way, back when things made sense. Seems to me, as one who observes these trends, you are not being responsible and are maybe gouging for the bulk 5 gallon bottles. I would love a response from someone in management regarding this.

Ever since this company took over, we don't even get water anymore. So far there must've been about three deliveries that were just blown off. We have been out of water for weeks. And it happened 3 times! We're ready to cut this company off and find someone else

The cleaning of our water dispenser was not done. We contacted your company and shared our office hours of operation and when the cleaning could be done. The original cleaning appointment was 2/8/2023. The service person came during the lunch hour 1:00 -2:00 pm. We re-scheduled for Friday 2/10/2023 and confirmed that this appointment would need to be scheduled before 12:00 pm. as the office closes early on Fridays. We were assured this was noted on the ticket. Again, the service person came at 3:00 pm after the office had already closed for the day.

The purpose of have a membership is to get great prices. For the longest time the 5 gallon water was $7.98 great deal. Now they are $10.87 each with no type of explanation. You can now get it cheaper at giant food store or having it delivered from deer park ready fresh. Ridiculous.

Store cancelled pick up right at the start of my pick up window due to no supply. I was already at the store so I wasted my time despite ordering over 24 hours earlier. This shows a disregard for customer’s time.

Not enough bottles to buy. Always moved to another part of the store. Hard to find

Was delivered late thus month discount was not given and delivery date where rechedule to many time unsatisfied.
