I’m fine with the actual delivery driver. Always on point. My gripe is that I no longer receive text message notifications when the delivery is due. I have “empties” that need to go back. What happened to the heads up text message. Everything is turned on in the settings, so don’t tell me to go there. And my name is wrong on the account. My last name is not McWhirter. I need to have this taken care of ASAP……

Ready Refresh has always been great for our company. You notified ahead of time if you want to change your order. Then you are notified when they will be delivering your order. They are always on time. The delivery people are so nice and friendly.

I’ve enjoyed my water dispenser since the day I bought it. I have been drinking my gallon of water daily, and I only want the best, most fresh water in my body. I love that it’s a bottom loader and has a sleek design. It’s an investment for a lifetime!

Company delivers ON TIME! I never run out of drinkable water (being on well water) as i have with another company who for 18 yrs provided the WORST service (delivery/billing/customer ect) imaginable but had NO problem billing us without resolution. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for service, responsible customer care, and friendly delivery persons

Your company has not listened to our instructions. We do not need monthly deliveries of water and yet we are getting them. We only need 12-15 bottles of water in stock at any given time and we have over 20. We do not need top be spending money on water that we do not need every month!

Getting more and more pricey! Not sure how much longer I can pay for your 5gal water bottles!!! I know costs have gone up across the board on most items… not just ReadyFresh…,, But to most of us of retired age, this is a luxury item. Maybe it’s time for companies to think about their customer base, and price accordingly!!!

Delivery postponements are getting out of control. Each month, the same thing. Over a weeks delay. Since I have a reoccurring order each month, I figured it’s easy to project your volume to plan accordingly. You need to do better. I will not continue to be patient.

The water is excellent, clean, refreshing, and free of any aftertaste. The service is terrible. The first time I paused delivery since I was going to be away, they left a delivery and continue to do so EVERY SINGLE MONTH SINCE, despite calls to STOP. I now have NINE 5 gallon bottles and several empties crowding my apartment.

Although the driver did leave the correct amount of bottles this time due to a email I sent you all . They still did not take all the empties. I still have bottles on my patio. I gave you all a email as preparation that the driver would have a lot of empties to clear out due to past delivery errors (when I mean a lot there were a lot like 25/30 bottles originally). I currently have 9 empty and my 3 full . So I think they left 8 biased on my fill request. I just wanted them all taken. there never should have been that many left, that’s why I kept having to adjust deliveries which only sets the next delivery to be messed up and the next Which leads to many delivered to my house and overcharged again . Please make note that the driver will take all every empty and that he will only leave what I ask for on this next date so that we can restore balance to this system. Thank you for your time . The app is super easy to schedule, and to adjust as necessary. There is always a text on delivery day, giving a window of time for delivery. The drivers are super nice, informative, and helpful. The water is so delicious that we drink more water than ever.
