Water was delivered on the timeline given, however ours is always brought in and this time was left outside so none of the empties were not picked up. Because of this we are definitely over what we need.

Usually, RF is reliable to deliver water on time. However, sometime, the deliveries were unpredictably later than scheduled, and this time it is worst because of more than one week delay without any notice!

The 5 gallon bottle I received was completely filthy with black soot. Black. Like from a diesel truck exhaust. It was really off-putting. I was disgusted and am still angry about it.

Every scheduled delivery date is missed. Failed to show up to perform maintenance on water dispenser that was scheduled a month in advance. Customer service is non existent. Prices change without notice.

The watering receives always refreshing and having it delivered is a plus. Changing and cancelling your water deliveries is smooth and easy to do. You're never billed for a skipped order. Even the delivery people are pleasant.

I didn’t know that the offer this as a residential service. Am so glad for this service. They should be coming once a month w refills. This solves my water needs and reduce my recycle footprint,

Water is great; it’s too bad RR runs its company like cable TV. Prices on bottles always increasing; everyone paying slightly different amounts. Inflation is across the board, I know that. However, this has been constant with RR since 2017.

Product is fine. But delivery options have been severely reduced. Had to buy water from another source because delivery schedule is now fixed. No one to talk to.

It does not taste like the Deer Park Water I get in reg bottles. Taste like purified water. I like the taste of spring water and yes I can taste the difference. I drink Deer Park almost exclusively and it is what I was hoping for from this service.
