Always happy with the product and the delivery is wonderful. I’ve never had an issues with delivery whatsoever. Our delivery man is amazing. The prices consistently going up makes me contemplate finding another company but I know it’s just happening everywhere right now.

I typically have issues on every order. Drivers often do not follow instructions on where to leave water bottles, I have to call multiple times to get a credit for a cracked water bottle, Face ID never works on app, etc. but the actual water is fine.

The one issue we have is that you do not deliver what is on our schedule. We show that we are to receive 7 bottles per delivery (unless we modify it). However, twice now you only left the amount of full bottles the same amount of the empties you pick up. This last delivery we left out 8 bottles and you left 8 full ones (we only need 7). A previous time we left out 4 empties and that is all you replaced. One other time we requested a skip delivery and you came anyway. We need you to adhere to the requested amount on our profile.

On delivery they just drop off the water don't ring the bell my mother have so many empty the pandemic is over that was the policy that they was doing around the pandemic going to cancel them again due to the driver not fully doing his job by informing the customer that he’s there making a delivery and picking up

Even though we gave them a five, we would appreciate the bottles being placed in the mud room, and remove the empty ones. This has never been a problem until recently. We left a post it last month which was fine. It is very difficult for us to lift the bottles and bring them inside. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.

It would be nice to know when the delivery is coming. The delivery dated used to appear on the bill and then it disappeared. My suggestion is to put that date back on the bill. I like to put the empties out for the delivery person to take away. Example, I now have at least 4 empties to return.

I purchased originally because it was a pandemic and did not want to go out to the stores. I am disabled and needed help getting stuff. Riding in an Uber and then have to carry water while walking with a cane. More logical. So it is much better to get these items delivered by this great service. Thank you

They don’t leave the bottle in front of your door. The most convenient spot is where they will drop off the bottles. (3/3) And don’t collect the empty bottles. I have 11 bottles now stocked in my apartment. Try to schedule a pickup, but nobody has come yet.

I have accumulated too many bottles because the water delivery did not ring my doorbell every time a delivery was made. The delivery person would leave it in front of my apartment without me knowing. I am also upset at the fact that I cannot return all these bottles I have accumulated at at physical location or that fact that I cannot have someone pick them up.

My Husband always bought bottle water. The water bottles accumulated. He was fed up getting the empty bottle for recycle and he got tired recycle. To purchase during the Summer and carrying the water and when it's they are used and to find a working recycle machine they are broken. It's very convenient to have your water delivered to your home in especially when you have a very large family and the water is not healthy from kitchen sink. After 7 children are getting and having 6 adults. They all rather drink water instead of sugary drink. I decided to have my water delivered. It's easier for me and adults I rather have it delivered. The best decision I did for my home.I'm glad I decided to do for my family.
