Ready Refresh is one of very few companies who promise to deliver to our second floor condo and then actually delivers to our second floor condo. In addition, the driver is polite, friendly, and on-time, every time. The fact that the product itself is excellent is merely a welcome bonus.

Delivery dates always change ! The constantly cancel the last minute. So what’s the point of picking a delivery date?? Meanwhile, u leave ur empty bottles outside, and they fly all over the streets for being on the front porch for so long from cancelation deliveries. Horrible service

Product was fine but please have delivery guys read the directions on where to put the water. We had to move it twice because it was on the wrong side, only the past 2 times, it’s normally perfect. Could someone please pass this on? Thank much. Have a good day.

Water is great. Dispenser is refurbished and I was not told this when subscribing. Went through two already and second one is not great either. Doesn't look or act new. Cleaning light came on after a few weeks. They Changed my delivery date on me with barely any notice and NO ability to change without it missing the months delivery altogether. So bottles baked outside in the sun while I was away. Good product but unhappy with the service.

We started home delivery and set up the hot/cold cooler the day before Thanksgiving. It has been so useful. From filling water bottles to making fast cups of hot tea or oatmeal in the mornings, we're so happy we finally decided to get this service. We use this water for cooking daily and it has helped motivate all of us to drink more water.

The water is fine, delivery is great, but the prices keep going up. A dollar here.. 50 cents here. Seems like i get an email about an increase every 2-3 months. I understand the prices of everything is going up, but if you keep penny pinching your customers. Eventually they will find new a service provider.

While it’s unknown if Poland Spring were the original inventors of this incredible liquid, they consistently deliver this miracle elixir 5 gallons at a time. Their signature blue bottle does an excellent job of keeping the liquid contained. Once opened, be advised that the liquid inside can escape and leave anything that it comes in contact with feeling wet or damp to the touch. As a Poland Spring customer of 12 years I can confirm that the liquid inside the bottle is safe for human consumption. I would recommend this for people looking for a mild tasting beverage to consume on a daily basis without any adverse side effects.

The water is great, but the windows of time they give for delivery are inaccurate and they are delivering before my business is open. So not only do I have to drag the heavy bottles inside that are left outside at the door, but I have 10 empty bottles taking up space in my store.

When my water is being delivered it is no longer being concealed month before last the waters were left in the driveway extreme close to the car and last month it was left exactly in front of the door for the walking public to see in past they were always nice enough to leave it next to the door under the window which is concealed by the bushes and anyone walking by wouldn’t see it …. It is a very a rice block so to all of a sudden begin to leave the waters in the public view is blatant rudeness. When in histories past it has always been left next to the door under the window now it’s put in the public’s view
