Something about this Poland Spring water has changed. It's now cloudy and funny tasting even when poured directly from the bottle. I ended up changing brands.

Very unhappy with the service. User interface very not user friendly. Now after the merger its even worse. There was no way to pause my deliveries for the summer when we go away on vacation and I needed to call in and wait on hold for almost half an hour.
