Good service but they should ring the bell coz this time my delivery came even before 7am and becoz it was windy I kept bottles right near the door and coz it came very early I couldnot keep the bottles outside and I have now at least 20 bottles lying with me and I have a very little space for storage. Thank you

They don’t leave the bottle in front of your door. The most convenient spot is where they will drop off the bottles. (3/3) And don’t collect the empty bottles. I have 11 bottles now stocked in my apartment. Try to schedule a pickup, but nobody has come yet.

Product is always great, but empty bottle pick up has never been correct. I live in an apartment complex with 2 buildings, and someone in the other building uses this service as well, and one if not both of us inevitably doesn't get their bottles taken. I even brought the bottles over to the other building, thinking they would take them all, and they counted out how many to take from my neighbor, and left my empties in the hallway.

By having a water cooler, I do not have to buy plastic water bottles that wind up in landfill. Everyone in family has their own water bottle, and just refills it during the day. Makes me feel good. I cringe when I see people buying cases and cases of water in plastic bottle.

So far they have been amazing service and the water taste so fresh. Love the service and the taste. The delivery has been on time even when I forget to keep the bottles outside. Thank you for your help you provide to make our life little bit easier every day.

This fresh spring water has transformed my life. I, like most, stay dehydrated. Partially due to my knowledge of the actual and potential chemicals in our water supply. However, I remain grateful for our water supply in the country. Since getting this water, I have double my intake.

You again left the bottles outside and did not take the empties despite being instructed to deliver not drop off 6 bottles and to make certain to remove the empty bottles. It’s not the first time and we are are looking into other companies to perhaps make it the last.

I have emailed multiple times with my complaint and nobody responded. You showed up a day early with no notice. Never rang a bell or gave me a chance to give you my empties. I now have 11 bottle in my tiny house. Really inconsiderate to ignore everything and not even let me know you were here

This last delivery (December 2022) was the first time in the last 4 deliveries, that the bottles were all picked up and the bottles were left by my condo unit door. I have called a plethora of times and the problem continued. I am taking a lets wait and see if the deliveries get better now the deliveries are at 20 percent correctly delivered.

The support team seems to be lacking English language understanding as I have a simple question of rescheduling delivery and they couldn’t answer it. Please train your team better or take away the messaging capability from the current team as they don’t seem to understand client messages even.
