Despite the fact that we skipped this delivery - twice! - we received notification the morning of the delivery that it was on its way. This is not the first time that this has happened. With its ever-increasing:1) 5 gallon water prices, 2) delivery fees and 3) cooler rental prices (for a cooler that the company doesn’t acknowledge that we actually own outright), one would think that at least its online ordering system would function properly.

The support team seems to be lacking English language understanding as I have a simple question of rescheduling delivery and they couldn’t answer it. Please train your team better or take away the messaging capability from the current team as they don’t seem to understand client messages even.

Delivery dates always change ! The constantly cancel the last minute. So what’s the point of picking a delivery date?? Meanwhile, u leave ur empty bottles outside, and they fly all over the streets for being on the front porch for so long from cancelation deliveries. Horrible service

We have been receiving water deliveries in our NJ homes since 1987. We couldn't live without our Poland Spring/Ready Refresh Spring Water deliveries. We recently bought a place in Myrtle Beach, SC where Poland Spring water is not sold in any stores or have delivery service in the area. We order extra bottles in Nj & bring them with us there. Can we do something about that?

Purchased the 5 gal jugs to replace buying cases of water. The 1st jug was fine, however the 2nd jug that I am currently using, the water has what I can only describe as a Plastic Taste to the Water... this now has me questioning if I made the right decision switching to 5 gal jugs VS cases of water.

Having this service provided directly to my home has been great! The water tastes great and I usually don’t run out before the next delivery. The product is good. I always loved Poland Spring. Its the service from Ready Refresh that I am not happy with. The bottles were left outside my apartment door. I always specifically tell them not to leave bottles alone in front of my door. The should of knocked on my neighbors door (only a few feet away). One of my bottles was stolen. I am cancelling my delivery with Ready Refresh and just going to buy my water at grocery store.

My delivery came on time, and the driver even called me to make sure he put the water jugs where I wanted them. Its the easiest,simplest transaction. They come every two weeks or I can pause a delivery and have them come when im ready for a new delivery.

The product (5 gallon bottles) is fine, but there have been repeated delivery issues. The current delivery has just been rescheduled for the 2nd time and the last delivery was never actually made. We have had similar issues in the past with delivery delays.

I typically have issues on every order. Drivers often do not follow instructions on where to leave water bottles, I have to call multiple times to get a credit for a cracked water bottle, Face ID never works on app, etc. but the actual water is fine.
