Despite the fact that we skipped this delivery - twice! - we received notification the morning of the delivery that it was on its way. This is not the first time that this has happened. With its ever-increasing:1) 5 gallon water prices, 2) delivery fees and 3) cooler rental prices (for a cooler that the company doesn’t acknowledge that we actually own outright), one would think that at least its online ordering system would function properly.

Purchasing service for our new water bottle station was one of the best decisions for our household as we consume large amounts of water because I tend to cook with it. Buying water every other day was becoming tedious & taking up lots of counter space that we really can’t spare.

The product Poland Spring speaks for itself, great water. BUT Ready Refresh, simply is a difficult company to deal with. You cannot get them on the phone, period. Very frustrating when you have something the App cannot handle. Additionally, the delivery dates get changes on short notice regurarly. Not dependable.

Not happy with the upcharge for shipping when you order earlier than the regular shipment date. This is not a good practice, your company gets an order for more than previously ordered and you increase the shipping charge, not a very nice practice. Also, the availability to deliver extra bottles of water is very limited, often you cannot get it an additional delivery without a 2 week wait. This also needs to be looked at.

We’ve had a water cooler for a couple years but have been picking up 5 gallon bottles at the grocery store. Then I saw Ready Refrssh in our neighborhood and I signed up for monthly delivery. Why did I not do this before?! They deliver to my office but I didn’t realize they also did residential deliveries. We are so happy, and Poland Spring tastes much better than the water we were getting at the store. Great product, great service and communication - highly recommend!

I cannot stress enough ho disappointed I am in this company's blatant disregard for regular customer's like myself. I had to add this delivery because one of the 5 gallon bottles would not fit the Lumina aqua cooler that I have. The last bottle i had would not fit the mouth piece inside the cooler because the lip on the 5 gallon bottle was defectively too wide. So I had to push up my delivery because it was my last bottle and I had no more water. Ready refresh was Nestle. Then Blue Triton. Now its been Sold to One Rockefeller. This company needs to put its regular paying customer first and stop disregarding us. My deliveries have been reschedule with no warning so many times. I will say that Saturday delivery was appreciated. I had no more water and i need water for my health. Stop treating regular customer's like they don't matter and mayby you will ge t 5 stars.

Poland Spring water is fresh, clear, and an excellent drinking water. My family loves the temperature of the cool water dispensed from the cooler. It is the beverage of choice in our home! Poland Spring water also makes an excellent cup of coffee or tea.

I guess I could start with the fact that I have been getting Poland Spring water delivered to me for 31 years. It is the only water that I drink. Period. I live part time in South Carolina and I can’t get it delivered to me. So my son drove from Connecticut with 25 5 gallon bottles for the summer. I don’t know how else to explain it. It’s the only water that all my adult children will drink also. It’s just the best tasting water that I have ever ever consumed. Yes I have tried others just out of convenience. Nothing works for me. I will drive to another state to pick it up! I absolutely love it and will never change!!!

My delivery came on time, and the driver even called me to make sure he put the water jugs where I wanted them. Its the easiest,simplest transaction. They come every two weeks or I can pause a delivery and have them come when im ready for a new delivery.

I request always two bottles as usual but got three bottles. This will last me quite a while. Recently I suspended my service till December 26 but still got a delivery on early October. I wanted it returned. They told me “no” but would credit me. Guess what - got my bill today and no credit. I think I will cancel my service.
