Always happy with the product and the delivery is wonderful. I’ve never had an issues with delivery whatsoever. Our delivery man is amazing. The prices consistently going up makes me contemplate finding another company but I know it’s just happening everywhere right now.

Well I was using the water by gallon and now I’m most comfortable because ReadyRefresh delivery my water and it is nice and fresh good Costomer service and I don’t have to go to the super market anymore and at the same time I saved money thank you ReadyRefresh for give me such good service

You delivered my order 4 days before schedule without anytime to edit my order. Every month I edit my order 1-2 before the del date. You should not alter the del date without talking to the customer or at least giving us a 24-48 hr window to make chgs and send an email to tell us. You sent an email the night before and I logged in immediately. The order stated, 'on our way' and my order could not be edited. 4 days early! That is not ok!

I've recently been buying these 5-gallon jugs for my home water cooler, and the quality is always consistent. The water tastes clean and crisp—no weird aftertaste or chemical flavor like some other brands. It's great for drinking, cooking, and I especially love using it for hot tea—it really makes a difference in taste, and the water is hot! The jugs are easy to carry due to the attached handle and fit perfectly in my water dispenser. I like knowing I always have fresh water on hand. Overall, it's reliable, refreshing, and totally worth it. I took off a star due to the recent price increase. In August, they were $7.98 ea, now in November, they are $10.87. That's a huge jump. :(

The water is great, but the windows of time they give for delivery are inaccurate and they are delivering before my business is open. So not only do I have to drag the heavy bottles inside that are left outside at the door, but I have 10 empty bottles taking up space in my store.

I order 4 bottles 3 weeks ago and I've been waiting for them to deliver it... They never did & This service is a biat and switch.. The driver never calls to be let in as per the instruction. .I have to carry the bottles 4 stories. In over 3years I have been with them, they constantly made mistakes with delivery dates - either delivering too soon or too later. Probably I less than a handful of times when they delivered on schedule. I have spent several hours on call with them to go through the scheduled dates for the next 6 months, next 12 months to confirm the dates but magically it changes and either I get few weeks early or late (btw, I am not taking days). Tired of working with them, and at times with folks who show attitude, and no apologies for THEIR mistakes. Finally quit them and on look out for another vendor…

We started home delivery and set up the hot/cold cooler the day before Thanksgiving. It has been so useful. From filling water bottles to making fast cups of hot tea or oatmeal in the mornings, we're so happy we finally decided to get this service. We use this water for cooking daily and it has helped motivate all of us to drink more water.

The product itself is great. The service, however, HORRIBLE. Deliveries are a guessing game; you'll be rescheduled 3-4 times before your order arrives. On top of that, your order gets left outside your building without notice. You'll walk outside and realize there's 9 5-Gallon Poland Spring bottles that you now need to haul into your apartment on top of the 9 empties you still have simply because the driver refused to knock and let you know they've arrived to deliver your order and take your "EMPTIES"...

This water delivery company is a dream. I don’t know how I’ve gone this long without them. I am plagued with medial issues and often dread needing to get water from the supermarket. I came upon a delivery guy and soon thereafter, on the desired date, the water was delivered to my door. My one regret was that I forgot to mention the gentleman of a delivery guy with my first order so that he could get the recognition he so justly deserves!
